Hey! Here are some of my thoughts on your champion!

Passive: I personally don't like this passive. First of all it only blocks certain CCs so it's kind of inconsistent and creates polarizing match ups. For an example his passive renders champs like Zyra, Yasou(knockups and knockbacks are essentially the same thing, lol doesn't have a y axis that's why Yas can ult off things like people pushed by Vi's ult and Xin's ult.), and Leona useless yet Fiddlesticks and Nocturne don't give a damm about it.

Also the whole idea of being immune to CC isn't that great. Imagine playing vs a fed Krieg. What do you do? You can't lock him down ot'll just turn into a 12% slow which isn't that much. And if you focus him he's the tank which means the rest of the enemy team will tear you apart.

Also the 2nd part of his passive is so weak it might as well not exist, your build give him around 200ish AD? (Didn't they take rageblade out of the game?) so that's 4 true damage. It also punishes your opponents for ccing you which isn't great game design.

Q: As stated earlier punishes your opponents foe using their cc to lock you down which isn't good game design.

Overall: Aside from the passive I do like this concept, he feels like a strong and solid initiator capable of locking down multiple people and dragging them into you team. I do question the build path as some of those items don't make that much sense? (Will of the Ancients?) But overall nice concept still needs some work though.
