Possible Taric Changes

My hopes are to revive some life into Taric . He is stuck in a very odd spot as of late, and I feel as though he has much more to offer; if given the proper attention. I want to present my ideas for a possible new kit and get some serious feedback. (Constructive criticism is welcome, regular criticism is not.) My kit changes: Taric Passive: "Gem Guard" (Taric's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage, scaling with his total armor. 8%/10%/12% at levels 1-6/11/15) Additionally, Taric can place a gem stone on target ally, at the beginning of the game. Whenever that ally is within 1100 range of Taric; they receive 40% of any healing Taric casts over 3 seconds. They also receive a health shield equal to 10% of the heal cast for 3 seconds. (The shield and healing can stack)) Q: "Imbue" ACTIVE: Taric heals the target ally or himself. If he targets an ally, he heals himself for the same amount, and if he targets himself, the heal is increased by 40%. W: "Shatter" AURA: Taric and nearby allies gain bonus armor equal to 15% of Taric's armor. ACTIVE: Shatters gems on all nearby enemies, dealing magic damage and reducing their armor for 4 seconds. Additionally, nearby allies in the shatter gain +10% movement speed for 4 seconds. (Still gains self bonus armor while this ability is Not on cool down, and loses self bonus armor upon activating) _**E: "Dazzle" ACTIVE: **_Lobs a gem to target location; the gem explodes and shatters in all directions. Enemies caught in the epicenter are stunned for 1.6 seconds. Enemies caught in the outer rings, are slowed by 60% for 1.5 seconds. R: "Radiance" ACTIVE: Crystallizes all champions within 1100 for 5 seconds. For the duration, all allies have their armor and magic resistance increased by 25/50/75, and heal for 8%/9%/10% of all damage taken.

**Notes: ** *Yes, that new ult is inspired by Galio's W "Bulwark". *I feel like the basic attack damage increased by armor, just has Taric written all over it. It could just be placed on his ult as a passive, similar to TahmKench 's HP damage. *I know all these numbers may be a bit high, but keep in mind they're just place holder numbers :) *These changes in my opinion make Taric more of a power house in your face support, and constantly doing something, vs unload and sit there awkwardly. *Yes the ally with your passive on them receive the heals from your ult, on all team mates. That's the true power of this kit.

Possible changes/ Future Nerfs: *His E sounds a bit like Heimerdinger 's W. Maybe change it to something like, immobilize and slow, or make it into a projectile like Ekko 's Q? *The ally with Gem Guard on them, may receive too much healing at times. Maybe tweak the amount of healing they receive, or remove the (40% extra to self buff on his Q)

Btw I'd like to see his AP scaling a bit higher, but throw in more armor/HP scaling for his abilities. And another way to limit the "Gem Guard" passive heal would be to, put a cap on how much healing the target can receive. Ex: Within a 3 sec window, you heal 3 allies for 800 total. Rather than receiving 320 healing over 3 seconds, it would cap at 200 tops.

I would like to see Taric as a more of low range cc type of champion that engages the fights by a flash something. I feel like those are the best supports. However I would like to see something more mechanically challenging with Taric, since most supports aren't. It would make support feel more enjoyable.
