First of all I believe that Warwick needs to be changed to an energy resource system. I do not think mana fits the idea of a Werewolf by lore, whatsoever. Second of all I feel his current kit along with his "kit in progress" are very lack luster. This is my proposed overhaul/rework:

Warwick 100/100 Energy Passive: [Eternal Thirst] The first hit against any new champion target causes Warwick to “lunge” (25/35/50 Range) and deal 4% of the target’s Max Hp as physical. Warwick is healed for half the amount.** [Cannot occur on the same target again for 12 seconds.] **

Q: Savage Flay: 50 Energy 15/14/13/12/11 second Cooldown (Adjacent Range: 50) For 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds, Warwick’s basic attacks cause a stack of bleed** (max 3 stacks)**, hit all adjacent foes to the primary target, and deal bonus physical damage 15/32/57/78/95. (Bleed deals 15-33 [Based on Level] + 30% Bonus AD as Physical Damage and last for 5 seconds. Additionally, any target affected by Warwick’s bleeds are revealed for the duration.)

W: Hunter's Call: 20 Energy 24/22/20/18/16 second Cooldown For 6 seconds, Warwick gains bonus attack speed and grants half of that bonus to all nearby allies. **(40/50/60/70/80%) ** [Additionally, for each ally affected by Hunter’s Call restores 5 energy. And critical strikes also restore 1 energy at all times once Hunter’s call is learned.]

E: Feral Dominance: 30 Energy 75 Range 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 second Cooldown Passive: Take 2/3/4/5/6% less damage from basic attacks.** [Always active]** Active: Warwick bites at the target enemy dealing_ physical damage_ [20/35/57/75/91 + 25% AD] and slowing their movement and attack speed for 2 seconds. [If the target is killed from the bite, Warwick heals for 1% of his Max Hp and restores 5 energy] {Also applies all on hit affects} (Attack Speed Slow: 5/10/15/20/25%) (Movement Speed Slow: 15/20 /25/35/40%)

R: Blood Frenzy: 60 Energy 700 Range 65/50/35 second Cooldown Passive: Warwick gains 20/30/40% movement speed while enemy champions are within 2500/3500/4500 range and below** 40%** Hp. Active: Warwick_ pounces_ on target enemy champion stunning them for 1.5 seconds, dealing massive_ physical damage_ (55/85/109 + 105% Bonus AD), and increasing all bleed damage done to the target by 5/8/11% for 5 seconds. [Can only be used on targets below 50% Hp.] (If the target dies within 8 seconds of using Blood Frenzy, your next Eternal Thirst proc deals double damage.)

Warwick's rework has been in progress for a while, and will probably hit the live servers somewhat soon (tm)

Energy is only for Asian champs
