Most values are not filled in because I'm not the best at balancing abilities and that's riots job is they want to use the champion. =) hope you like with idea.

Passive- I haven't created a passive for Edgar yet and have no idea what would work with him. If anyone has good ideas please let me know.

(Q) Trick shot- 50 mana + 1/2 the mana for the skill shot being cast. Cool down(between 10-13 seconds?) Edgar expands the mirror he holds for 2 seconds on activation. During this time, the non-ultimate skill shot to hit the mirror is absorbed. Edgar then has 2 seconds to cast the skill shot back for half of its mana. (The skill shot does the same damage as it would thrown from the owner. Passives and item passives from the owner of the skill shot will not be applied to the reflected shot. Only Edgar's items will affect the effects on the reflected shot.)

(W) Glare- Mana (?) Cool down (?) Edgar uses the mirror to reflect the suns ray in a cone in front of him. Enemies hit by the rays are burned for (?) amount of damage and are blinded of (1-2?) seconds.

(E) Disguise- mana (?) Cool Down (?) Edgar Disguises himself as an ally that is within a small radius of him for a few seconds(4-5?). Any spells Edgar casts or attacks he makes will break the disguise.

(R) Silver Work- Mana (?) Cool Down (?) Edgar places a mirror down similar to the way Anivia's wall works. During this time Allys can walk through the wall to gain invisibility for a few seconds (5-7?). The mirror block the enemy from seeing the other side of the wall without wards. Spells can be cast without breaking the invisibility.

Lore Edgar is an old Yordle who grew up with a fascination of light and reflections. And with out much passion to go exploring he opened up a mirror shop in his home town. There he grew old and had daughters and a few grandchildren. One evening, a customer gave him a broken hand mirror and asked him to fix it. Through out the night the old Yordle fixes it up. when he is don't he goes to bed. The next morning the mirror has grown to a full size door mirror and his favorite granddaughter is missing. He calls and inspector to examine the mirror and is surprised at what he finds. The mirror is a creation from the void and his granddaughter is inside. so he waited a day or two to see if the customer would come back or to see if his granddaughter would come out. Neither happened and being the only one in his family not being occupied, he sets off with the mirror in his hands to find the customer and get his granddaughter back. He comes to the Rift hoping to find the evil seller or hopes top find someone to help him get his daughter out alive.

I can say this, those skills can be seen as a bit OP in my book. It sounds good on paper, but I think it can be more bothersome than the Taric we have right now when he came out.

well with a longer cool down you can only cast about one skill shot per team fight and it first has to hit you. btw the character was thought to be a squishy support. if anyone has any balancing suggestions please let me know =)
