Manjit The puppet master

Q : Blind Cut. Manjit cuts one or more of the enemy champions vital strings at random. He has a 31% chance of cutting the life sting, 31% chance of cutting the mind string, and a 31% chance of cutting the movement string. Additionally he has a 2% chance of cutting both the life and mind sting, A 2% chance of cutting the life and movement string, a 2% chance of cutting the mind and movement string, and a 1% chance of cutting all 3 strings. Mind String- silences the target for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 seconds Movement sting- roots the target for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds. Rooted targets can still can cast non mobility spells and attack but can't move. Life string- deals 75/120/165/210/255 (+55% ap) magic damage to enemy target.

W: Cursed Puppets. Manjit casts a ring of puppets around an ally protecting them from 40/75/125/170/210 (+40% ap) points of damage. When damaged the shield returns 25% of the damage it took back to the attacker as magic damage.

E: Puppet Toss Manjit throws a puppet dealing 65/110/155/200/245 (+30%ap) magic damage to the first target hit and slows them by 25%/30%/35%/40%/45%.

R: Puppet Replacement Manjit creates a puppet near himself that last 13/14/15 seconds. Cast again on a target ally or himself and the puppet switches places with the target taking on their appearance for the rest of the puppets life. On death the puppet explodes dealing 275/415/555 (+75% ap) magic damage over 4.5/4/3.5 seconds. The puppet can be controlled with alt+right click.

The design idea would be a creature controlling a puppet in one hand and there would be scissors or a sharp tool to cut puppet strings in the other.
