Connect mastery pages, rune pages, and summoner spells to champions

Considering the existence of item sets for specific champions, and the addition of various things, such as timers on buffs, why not add something where you can tie mastery pages, rune pages, and summoner spells to champions. Say you select Jhin, the game automatically selects the pages you had pre-set to Jhin, and takes Flash/Heal. I've had too many times where I accidentally took the wrong runes and masteries, or smiteless jungle. I personally see no harm whatsoever in adding this, with only positives.
