Don't Ban Evelynn in normals, for the sake of you, both teams, and people who want to try her.

Look, you may not like it but Evelynn is going to see a large rise in playrate in normal games. If you ban her, you are not only making it so somebody else can't try her out (because she likely will be picked like every other rework and new champion), but you are making it so you yourself and your team can't learn how to play against her. In a week plus? Sure, ban her all you want. Ranked too. But in normals let people play as her so they can get a feel for her, and play against her, so you can get a feel for how to deal with her. Sucks going into the 2nd, 3rd week into a rework/new champ and so many people don't know what to do because she was permabanned.
