Yin, the Bloody Butcher [WIP]

DISCLAIMER Now, I've been developing this idea for a month now, it all started when I thought about having a butcher champion in League who has a special gameplay, most assassins are made to 100-0 an enemy in seconds, but this champion is a master of slow, painful death. This is a WORK IN PROGRESS so anything I post here may or may not be final, I appreciate constructive criticism so please comment on this concept.

[LORE] A mad butcher exiled from Ionia, he came back to his homeland, not for forgiveness, but for sweet, bloody revenge, armed with a cruel chainsaw and a meat hook, nothing will escape from Yin.

[VISUALS] Pig mask (hey, I need some credit), a hood and chinese outfit

[ABILITIES]

Cannibal (Passive):

Yin has a recipe book which he can use to cook himself food from the enemies he has slain, it's kinda like Orrn's passive except it makes consumables and needs stacks, killing champions and jungle monsters will result in the food made from them make Yin inherit some of their abilities (like if the consumable is cooked from 2 red buffs and 1 tank, it will give extra hp and regen)

Fruit Ninja (Ability 1)

Yin channels and takes out a meat cleaver, he then slashes the enemy three times, each hit applying a DoT on the target, if the enemy has escaped from Yin's ultimate, he instead spins up his chainsaw, giving himelf massive attack speed

Fresh Meat (Ability 2)

A skillshot, Yin throws a meat hook at an enemy, if the enemy is a monster or a minion, he'll pull it to himself, if it's a champion, Yin will pull himself to the champion quite slowly (tugging at the meat hook) and afterwards, this ability scales with movement speed. However, if the hook hits terrain, Yin will pull himself to the terrain, more quickly. An enemy champion can use a dash to escape the Yin, but it will apply a DoT to him

Psychopath (Ability 3)

Yin terrifies a chosen enemy at any range, applying fear and a DoT

Butcher's Bill (Ultimate)

Yin grabs an enemy in front of him and holds him or her firmly, he can stick the enemy onto terrain with his meat hook by reactivating the ultimate, enemies will need to shoot the hook for the victim to escape, the hook applies a really powerful DoT and Yin will get tired of carrying his victim after a while (if he didnt impale him)

Hope you don't mind dropping in with a quick review:

Lore:

Is there any particular reason why he is Ionian? Jhin already is an Ionian serial killer and he does fit the spiritualism theme with his focus on art, whereas this champion seems much less refined and brutish.

Cannibal (Passive):

How many different effects are avaiable and are there special recipes or only one with different effects depending on stacks? Does the food heal or only give buffs? Interesting idea, although I feel like it should focus less on cannibalism and more on the cooking aspect (we already have champions focused on eating).

Fruit Ninja (Q)

Is he slowed down or stationary while channeling and how long is the duration? Again name seems disconnected from the ability. The Ultimate interaction seems unnecessary as it punishes enemies for escaping and limits the appearence of the chainsaw, which should be played up in the kit, since cleaver (mundo) are already used by champions.

Fresh Meat (W)

He has Nautiluses terrain interaction, Blitzcranks minion interaction and Threshs champion interaction (without recast). To differentiate himself he shouldn't overlapp that much and combine multiple effects (look at Pyke and his new spin on a hook ability). Punishing an enemy for escaping seems contradictory to be honest.

Psychopath (E)

A point and click ranged fear sounds like a better Fiddlesticks Q to be honest

Butcher's Bill (R)

The grab should have a really low duration and ground him, so he can't run off with the enemy champion, especially since there isn't a lot of counterplay (compared to Tahm Kench W). The hook seems to have decent counterplay (health) and seems fun to play with and even against. The powerfull DOT seems unnecessary as the focus should be on the CC IMHO

The Ultimate and Passive introduce interesting mechanics, but could use some more finetuning. The basic abilties (especially E) need a bit more work as they feel somewhat generic and should empower his thematic more.

Could you make Yin more like a support/jungler? Cannibal seems to be a really powerful passive. Having the basic abilities that allow you to gather ingredients would work REALLY well. A speed boost/blink, an attack or two and a heal / another speed boost could work well for basic attack ideas.
