i dunno really but i think it keeps WR of people ~50%, if u improve and matchmaking system notices it u will get to have above 50% WR and then when it decides you hit ur deserved rank it will again punish u a bit and then let you win a bit - loop happens, you improve you get to win more again, rankup - cycle repeats, thats what i observed.

HAHAHA, this guy doesnt know what is upcoming XD, ok guys, pray for our friendly summoner here, hope his keyboard doesn't get broken in future. ^^
