Hello, I made this champion concept a good few years back and decided to remake the idea of this champion since I thought it was a pretty cool idea, added in lore and changed values on how some of the skills used to work! Enjoy!

**EDIT: Sorry I derped on the title his real full name is supposed to be XI-002 The Pulsefire Custodian. Centurion sounded good to me in the early stages of making this guy but I forgot to change it when I posted this.**

Lore:

During a recent expedition Ezreal discovered a ruined chamber well beneath the ground in the deserts of Shurima with nothing in the halls of the ruins besides a few well armed guards that seemed to have withered away to age, when he found a surprisingly well kept sturdy vault in a sharp corner...nothing in the ruins showed signs of riches and couldn’t see why there would be armed guards overlooking it. Growing anxious to see what was behind the locked doors Ezreal spent two weeks of constantly prying the seal open to finally reveal what was so closely protected.

A gust of air breathed out and a confused Ezreal did not see riches, tablets, or historical findings-instead what he found was lying upon a pedestal illuminated by the blistering sun was a rather small blue orb. Upon closer inspection Ezreal noticed the ball had strange runes carved into the metal slides revolving around the sphere constantly, and his face within’ inches of the strange device he noticed it was pulsating waves of energy...almost like a heartbeat each second thought Ezreal.

Taking a moment to look around Ezreal saw a line scripted into the wall behind the sphere dimmed by the lack of light reading “Such untouched power was never meant to be in the hands of mortals--the city belongs to the darkness now ”. Intrigued that this device could be how the city of Icathia was brought to it’s knees Ezreal knew now that he had to take the device back to a friend to dissect its bearings, lifting it up off the pedestal carefully, always ready for the booby trap that was sure to come, and almost sad when they didn’t Ezreal placed the sphere in his satchel covered by multiple layers of linen and set out of the desert.

Trusting Jayce with the orb Ezreal told his friend of his findings and asked him to see if he could do something with it to see what secrets it held before setting out on another expedition. Returning almost seven months later he was surprised to find that Jayce had found the items use. It was a power source capable of powering titanic machines the world never thought possible noting that the device was highly unstable that using it for multple projects would be unwise as Ezreal noticed blast zones around his workshop clearly from overheating the orb testing it's patience. Jayce had nicknamed it the “Pulsefire Core” and stated it had multiple uses besides powering machines such as producing internal energy by harvesting it from the surrounding area’s or possibly able to power teleportation to areas of the world which was his theory on how Icathia fell to the 'void" creatures, but creating gizmos and gadgets was his strong suit so he worked the core to that area.

Conversing with Ezreal about the core Jayce quickly stated “ the pulsefire core can protect Piltover, it can be our ace in the hole if war ever comes to our people”, and with that said Jayce laid down the schematics on the table enthusiastically of what looked to be a hulking reinforced tank labeled XI-002.

Appearance: An enormous tank radiating blue energy. I feel a literal tank is needed in league of legends and the riot team could make some cool splash art/skins with the pulsefire theme.

Role: Mage. Contrary to the tank appearance XI-002 would be to destroy, not to protect.

Resource To fit XI-002's theme it uses a resource called "Pulsefire Charges" to spend on it's skills. Explained further in the passive below. Caps at 100 pulsefire charges.

Statistics:

Health: 509 (+86 per level) Health Regen: 6.7 (+0.60 per level) Range: 550 (Uses a small cannon to fire off auto attacks). Attack Damage: 51.193 (+2.8) Attack Speed: 0.625(+1.81%) Armor: 21.62 (+3.9) Magic Resist: 30 Movement Speed: 325

**Quotes:**

**Joke:** *buzzing noise* (signaling a shutdown) while XI-002 doesn’t move, after a 1.5 second delay a disco ball emerges from it’s body armor while XI-002 does a “dance/movement” for a few seconds.

**Movement:**

_“Whirling sound”_

**Attacking:**

In a monotone voice- _“Engaged”._
In a monotone voice- _“Enemy sighted”._

_“Destroy”._

**Taunt:**

_“Database Query reports--no known threats nearby”._

**Kill on target:**

_“Target neutralized”._

**Death:**

_“Code: Reboot-Enabled”._

Passive: Harvest- Every 14/11/8 seconds XI-002 draws forth 15 pulsefire charges from the spare energy around him. Kills towards minions, or small monsters reward 5 pulsefire charges, large monsters and champion assist kills nets 10 charges, and killing blows towards an enemy champion gains 20 pulsefire charges. Ranks up at levels 1/11/18. Pulsefire Charges are XI-002's resource. Can only hold 100 pulsefire charges at any given time.

Notes: This is XI-002’s kit right here, rewards kills/farming to unlock it’s full potential. Passively gains small amounts of charges every so often to prevent hard abuse.

Q:Siege: XI-002 hurls 3 pulsefire infused rockets into a cone detonating on the first enemy struck. The front two rockets deal 25/45/75/115/140 magic damage(+35% bonus AP) behind them reaching about half the range of the first slew of rockets comes an addition rocket that deals 40/60/90/130/190 magic damage(+60% bonus AP) slowing the target hit by 25% movement speed. In case you are wondering how the skill is aimed I made a paint drawing here with my skills.

_Notes: This skill is pretty much how XI-002 works regarding all his skills, getting in the mix of things rewards more damage dealt. Standing directly on top of a target and firing could hit all three rockets which would be devastating but it requires risk. _

Cost: 50 Pulsefire charges. Cooldown: 9 seconds. Range: 900 for front two rockets, 400 for the back rocket.

W: Unstable Energy: XI-002 unleashes his entire Pulsefire pool in an area around it. Every point of Pulsefire charge deals 0.80/1.60/2.50/3.45/4.25(+0.5 extra damage per 100 bonus AP) magic damage.

Cooldown: 11 seconds Range: 300 Cost: As many pulsefire charges XI-002 has at the time of casting.

Notes: This is XI-002’s nuke. The values seem small but doing the math an average AP mid will reach 400-700 bonus AP late game. At 100 stacks rank 5 with these numbers XI-002 could potentially do (400 bonus ap)625-775(700 bonus ap) magic damage in a small aoe. This seems strong at first but if you take into consideration magic protection and the fact that this spell to be used at it’s fullest potential needs to be in melee and if he blows his load on this spell alone without killing anyone it would render XI-002 useless until it regenerates its charges. The decision to use all the stacks and try to deal as much damage burst as possible or leave some reserves to use on other skills is part of XI-002s kit to give it ups and downs in the decision making.

E: Sonic Burst- XI-002 burns 25 of its pulsefire charges to dash forward releasing “pulsefire electroshock” which will deal 25/35/45/55/65 magic damage per second(+20% bonus AP) behind XI-002 lasting 4 seconds.

Cost: 25 pulsefire charges. Cooldown: 15 seconds. Range: 550

Notes: This is XI-002s initiate and escape. As said before if you want to do the most damage with XI-002 it’s to get in close but getting in close requires you to make decisions. With this skill I could see a flash>Sonic Burst>Ultimate>Unstable Energy(80 pulsefire)>Siege(if you score a kill/assist to 50 pulsefire) in a short time frame. Or poke with siege. Or Flash W detonating all the pulsefire charges hoping its enough to gain the passive. I dunno I feel like there can be multiple ways to play around the pulsefire resource.

R: Emergency Protocol- XI-002 dips into it reserves regenerating 15/25/35 pulsefire instantly. Additionally this also grants XI-002 a bonus 25/45/70 ability power for 9 seconds. Using this ability brings down XI-002’s defenses briefly reducing its armor by 10% for a second duration.

Cost: 10% of XI-002's armor. Range: None Cooldown: 105/95/85 seconds.

Thanks for reading if you got any feedback please post it below my ratios might be too OP or too UP but in any case I just wanted to showcase the lore/abilities and how the champion works rather than touchy ratios/damage c:

I really want a tank thematic champion :c rito pls
