[Champion Concept] Razarche The Risen Terror

Lore: It is unknown who Razarche was in life, risen by the Gravedigger on the Shadow Isles, Razarche came to be, meant to fill the ranks of the dead. To Yorick’s surprise this being was defiant and retained some it’s memories--this happened from time to time, it just meant he had to destroy it for it was useless with it’s own mind and move on to his next task. As Yorick went to end the poor things agony he was caught off guard by a sharp object in his side...what appeared to be a sharpened bone. When Yorick looked back to the grave, the elusive creature had vanished from sight. A little annoyed Yorick set back to his task for it was never ending, Yorick wondered what an untamed creature with nothing on it’s mind but hatred would do to the world, Yorick dismissed the thought, this was no longer his problem and began digging another grave.

Years passed and word of a hunched, boney being slaying pasture animals, or the occasional person going missing in the night was being told throughout the lands. Mostly as a horror story around the campfire, or stories mothers told their restless children at night--”Go to sleep or Razarche will pay you a visit tonight”--a name the locals gave it.Both surprisingly and horrifically Razarche was caught when it attempted to slaughter a Demacian farmhouse, luckily Garen and a company of his troops were escorting Demacian Royalty when they heard the screams of a farmer and his wife. It took the lives of four battle hardened warriors and nearly punctured Garen himself with it’s swift strikes before finally being subdued by overwhelming odds. Nobody wanted the creature in a prison, nor did they want it alive but the final verdict was made to let this creature live and fight in the fields of justice to put its violent nature to use.

Appearance: I’d like to see Razarache to be small of stature (not yordle small), hunched over, and just a boney being that uses sharp tipped bones as his weapon.

Personality: Dismissive, sly at times, and a hint of seething anger in his voice.

Passive: Pact: Every 7 seconds Razarche randomly marks a friendly minion, monster, or ally splitting damage taken from an enemy attack with it. 60% being dealt to Razarche, 40% being dealt to the marked target. (Caps at 25/60/90/135/190(+15% bonus AP) damage being mitigated). Target is marked for 3 seconds before switching to a new target if not damaged. Levels up accordingly with the Restructure spell.

Q: Bone Toss: Razarche lobs a bone to a targeted location dealing 60/95/135/175/200(+75% bonus AD) physical damage. If it connects with an enemy champion the CD is reduced by 40%.

**Note:**Has a short travel delay to leave room to dodge.

W: Restructure: Razarche breaks down into pieces increasing his movement speed for 2 seconds. In addition when he restructures Razarche lashes out knocking back any enemies around him for a brief moment dealing physical damage.

Movement Speed Bonus: 36/41/46/51/56% Knockback: Lasts .80 seconds, has to be within’ 285 range of Razarche. **Damage:**60/95/130/170/210(+60% bonus AD) Cooldown: 21/20/19/18/17 seconds. Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana

E: Shred: Razarche's next auto attacks within' the next 7 seconds shred his target dealing DoT physical damage over 2 seconds stacking up to five times. At four stacks his target's armor is reduced for 4.5 seconds.

DoT damage: 8/14/21/31/40 (+55% bonus AD) Armor Reduction: 4/9/14/20/27 Cooldown: 16 seconds. Cost: 40/40/40/45/50 mana

R: Impale: Razarche summons a bone beneath the ground impaling the first enemy it comes into contact with for high physical DoT over 3 seconds, and any enemies near Impales initial animation are slowed. Animation lasts for 3 seconds even if it misses a champion. Impale cannot be passed through. Has no knockback.

**DoT damage: **75/155/240(+125% bonus AD) each second for 3 seconds. **Slow: **30% for 2.5 seconds. Can be refreshed if goes back to the Impale animation. **Range: **825 Cost: 100 mana **Cooldown: **105/100/95 seconds. Radius: 250

**Player Stats: **Excels in base Ranged, base Attack Speed, and base movement speed. Falls behind in base HP, base attack damage, and base armor compared to most other ADC’s. Has average mana, HP regen, and mana regen as well.
