[Champion CONCEPT] Kaz Jiang, the Dragon Fraud
Kaz Jiang is a Fighter with lots of battle control. #[P] Stolen Dragon# The power Kaz Jiang stole from the dragons is not fully compatible. His damage starts at 80% and increases by 2% every time he levels up. (Level 18: 116% Damage) When he reaches level 6, 7.5% of damage he deals is true damage.
#[Q] Force Wave# Kaz Jiang throws a spirit of the dragon forward,dealing 10/30/50/70/90 + (90% AD) physical damage to all enemies hit. If it hits 3 enemies,the dragon bursts into compressed air,and deals an additional 20/50/80/110/140 + (100% AP) magic damage to any enemy caught in the blast. The enemies are knocked back 50 units. Mana Cost: 50/65/80/95/110 Cooldown: 14 at all ranks
#[W] Dragon's Tomb# Kaz Jiang calls a dragon to circle around an area around him. The dragon will block all attacks that hit it,returning 40/38/36/34/32% of the damage it would have done to Kaz Jiang. The Dragon lasts for 3 seconds. After the dragon ends,it flies up and crashes down, stunning all enemies in the area for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds, as well as dealing damage for 50/60/70/80/90 + (100% Bonus AD).This can be reactivated to end the dragon early,but the stun will be lowered by .5. Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown: 19/18/17/16/15
#[E] Rush In Claws First# Kaz Jiang pulls out the dragon's claws,dashes and cuts forward a short distance three times dealing 50 + (75% Bonus AD) true damage each time an enemy is caught in the dash. After 3 seconds of not cutting forward,the skill will become a single dash,with double the range and damage. With the single dash,the damage is reapplied in a true damage bleed over 3 seconds as well. Mana Cost: 10/40/70/100/130 Cooldown: 23/21/19/17/15
#[R] Dragon Path passive: Kaz Jiang has a 5% damage increase every time this ability is ranked up. passive: Kaz Jiang gains buffs according to terrain he is on. -Water: Kaz Jiang's abilities all slow for 35% for 3 seconds. -Ground: Kaz Jiang's abilities will stun for a bonus .25 seconds. This cannot activate on the same enemy for 5 seconds. -Mist: Kaz Jiang's abilities will deal 2.5/5/7.5% of it's damage as true damage. active: Kaz Jiang turns everything he steps on into mist for 10 seconds. It slows enemies for 35% while they are on it. Kaz Jiang will also have a dragon following him in the mist,dealing 25/50/75 + (50% AD) true damage every second an enemy is on the mist.
