Monthly Bundles?

I was browsing some of the bundles that come each season (Lunar, Halloween, etc.) and noticed there use to be monthly bundles. I am a recent player and started about 4 months ago and wanted to know if this is something they normally do? If so, then I am excited to add some champs and skins to my arsenal I have build currently. Let me know :P
