First of all let me thank Riot for the new skin coming out. Sivir is the one character I DO NOT purchase skins for because they are all.....Poppy Ugly to be honest... This skin will allow me to WANT to play Sivir so much more. Give me some general opinions about this and how will affect your Sivir playability. :)

SnowStorm Sivir looks amazing.. Idk what you're talking about lol.. However, VDay skins will be first, so Sivir and them probably wont be out until next week or later.
Obviously the op has never used Spectacular Sivir.
I still prefer Bandit, although I do enjoy the occasional snowstorm
