Regards to Runes

I know this has been brought up before, but I was wondering if something can be done so we can clean up our rune pages? When I first started LOL there was the feature to combine runes for a higher tier. I'm not asking for this feature back but for a feature where we can either get IP back for old runes or simply remove them from the page. I was also thinking about a way to order the rune selection by categories to tidy things up a bit. Thanks :D
