Poll? Anyone else thinks Jhin needs a new skin?

I think Jhin's release skin is nice but I think Jhin has so much more potential for a skin. His abilities can have amazing effects and I think it could be right about time for him to get a new skin.

I feel that Jhin does not need a legendary skin that would change anything he says or does, but some new effects would be nice. Maybe a more colorful jhin that shoots paint or something? He is an artist. Maybe when the enemy dies they explode into colorful paint along with the rose.

I would love a new skin for jhin since I'm not a fan of high noon jhin (the sound effects especially annoy the hell out of me) but he did just come out in February so I'd still give it a few months before we see something for him.

I'd personally love to have that arclight jhin fan concept that's been floating around, or a classy debonair/gentleman style one as long as he doesnt wear his mask ;)

There is a really cool Project Jhin skin on youtube, I would love to have something like that made. I do own and enjoy high noon jhin but has one of my favorite champs i would love another skin.
