It'd probably be called Vandal Diana. You know. To fit that line of skins that already exists with a road warrior/apocalyptic theme. Look nice though.

Im not sure why Road Warrior Miss Fortune was retired to the skin vault, but the theme already exists, so I could see Riot adding more to the line, like what they did with the card skins recently. Anything for a new Diana skin though.

Jinx would fit this type of skin so much and so would vi becuase you could model them after tank girl and that's who i thought of when i saw Jinx and Vi(mainly vi but Jinx shares a similar style and personality as well)

Maybe Diana an E of mine in this concept would be in some connection to the first movie, since I have not seen the movie referenced for this concept, but the weaponry would maybe speak for all of the movies. Thinking maybe similar to the current E, with the lines then being shared of stars or shards of the Moon raining down onto the enemies as selected enhancing armor penetration with or with no concern for Magic {as referencing the movie, as if each child could take a strike with a knife onto the enemy: Moon Shards Rain.} Will think about R.
