Teemo and Urgot should not be primary-role marksmen

Ever since I got into ranked, I've main adcs. I love how the mechanics work and how a good adc player can turn a grimm game in a matter of one or two teamfights. For these and many reasons I have come to love the position and each of the champions marked as this role. However, there are two of them that I find kind of insulting since their mechanics and the positions they're even play dont't match the adc role. These two are Teemo and Urgot which in my opinion, should be "taken off" the marskmen role completely or keep them as secondary role marksmen as the case of Jayce ,Kennen , and Gnar ; there is also Azir but I don't even take him into consideration since he's clearly just a ranged mage. My reasons for these champions to become secondary role markmen is that they're not even viable as adcs; let me explain. Teemo is mostly play in the top lane where he drives people crazy with his blind and mushrooms. To my point of view, he's a mage/assassin or viceversa, since he does has the burst and it's even further proven by the first item in the recommended page, item 1056 . The other champ is Urgot which I find less comprehensive than Teemo since, even as little as we see him being played, nobody plays him full ad since he builds as a fighter for when he gets deep teleporting the carry of the enemy team to his with his ultimate. Furthermore, he works best as a top laner being a fighter/tank starting with item 1054; as I said they could keep them as secondary role marksmen. To finish my thoughts, I hope everyone gets my point since it'sad when sometimes riot sets a champ as a ad carry just because it's a ranged champ and it would make me happy if the ones that really fit would be the ones to keep the primary-role marksman or maybe it's just me; since, as I told you earlier, love being a marksman and helping out my team from the backlines.

Marksman ≠ ADC ADC ≠ Marksman

Please remember this :|

I can see where you going at when it comes to Marksmen, at least for Urgot . I don't know about Teemo since I don't really play as him. But Urgot might actually be a Marksman in a certain way.

What I'm talking about is how he is build, or at least how I build him as an ADC.

You would mostly consider him as a fighter because of his Q and E combo. But you also have to pay attention to his passive. Every champion has a passive and ability that counts. I can build him as a Marksman because according to the description, his passive lowers all form of damage just by using his Acid Hunter and his Basic Attacks. Since this is the case, I build him as an ADC. Since I main Corki , I know by now that majority of effectiveness from Marksmen comes from their basic attacks. This should help apply with Urgot because not only does his basic attacks deal damage but it also lowers the damage of his target so they won't be effective enough to fight back.

You probably won't find it easy to build him as a Marksman because he's considered a hard champion to play as according to his difficulty status. It takes skill to fight as Urgot. He's a risky champion to play as especially with his ultimate. (I tried playing him in the Snowdown event. Really hard to play as him)

Teemo may be more apc than adc, but he definitely is a marksman. He has an AA modifier and a steroid.

I agree with Urgot though, he is a ranged Fighter not a marksman, even for second role Tank would be more appropriate.

Good points everyone, but remember that a simpler solution is to move these champs to secondary role marksmen; that alone would be enough for me.
