Can we ban Satan from Ranked Solo/Duo?

I swear every game I have a on my team I lose. I think this goes beyond the player, who obviously is not playing seriously, is about the champion and how he is so outdated that even if you're good at the champ; you have no realistic way to help your team except getting fed which in that case most champion when fed are able to carry more or less. So, in my opinion, even though I agree the memes are funny and he one of the most iconic champs in the game; I also think that for whoever is actually trying to win, should not get a Defeat because someone, even when trying, decided to pick said champion. Solution: Rework so he is impactful or ban him from at least Solo/Duo.
