Jade Dragon Quinn (Skin Concept)

Hi all! Was just thinking that even though the next season to warrant a Chinese or Lunar Revel skin is a long way off, perhaps this might be an idea to think about.

Appearance: Quinn is in a emerald cloak made out of dragon scales and has a crossbow with a dragon head on it. Shoots firecrackers/fireworks at an enemy when she attacks. Valor is a jade-coloured dragon and slithers as she moves.

Innate: Quinn's attacks on vulnerable targets sends multiple fireworks at a target that has a slightly flashier effect to it than her standard basic attack.

Q: Quinn sends forward Valor that erupts into fireworks upon contact. Valor coils fast in a circle, sending out a shower of sparklers that damage nearby enemies.

W: Quinn shoots a firework/flare up in the air that reveals an area. Valor lets loose a shout that reveals around her. The circle of reveal has a dragonhead in it.

E: Nothing much changed here aside from small particle changes and colour/texture smoothening to fit the theme.

R: When Valor turns into Quinn and uses Skystrike, a barrage of fireworks is released around them that damages nearby enemies.
