Eh. Usually if there's like 2 skin lines or somefin, for instance Arcades came right away last patch and then Academy later.
Riotmoonstones2 votesIt depends on the patch. Some patches, the content is enabled immediately, and others times, content may have promotional materials, or extra content (like Bilgewater did), so the content will be released later on/throughout the patch.
