A Support the Stealths Others

I've had this idea rolling around in my head for a while for a support/mage and thought it would be mad awesome. I couldn't decide on the theme though, i have it narrowed down to a shadow isle or void based champ. I'm leaning towards void because its the only theme/faction in the game that has no support of its own.

If Void - Blut'Izi, The Mana Leech (female) - Small, parasitic leech-like character that feeds on the dying for mana by helping larger monstrosities kill to feed her brood.

If Shadow Isles - Vurlassin, Master of the Lost and Forgotten (male) - A wraith-like entity, born of the masses of tormented souls of the shadow isles, who collects the souls of his enemies and the nameless forsaken and forgotten in its crusade for personal justice.

Statistics Health 468 – 1658 Health regen. 5.6 – 14.9 Mana 346 – 1247 Mana regen. 6.0 – 19.6 Ranged 600 Attack damage 51 – 106 Attack speed [*] 0.625 (+0% – 28.6%) Armor 21.2 – 89.2 Magic res. 30.0 Mov. speed 325

Passive - (Blut'Izi) Scavenge and Hide, (Vurlassin) Collect and Fade

  • Blut'Izi/Vurlassin draws a portion of a dying enemy champion, minion, or creeps magic affinity/soul into herself/himself in a 1000 radius. Champion deaths always give 5 mana per death everything else gives 3 mana per death. Ranged minions and large creeps always give mana.

  • When Blut'Izi/Vurlassin is brought at or below 35% health Blut'Izi/Vurlassin breaks all crowd control effects on herself/himself and becomes immune to slow and root effects and is stealthed for 2.5 seconds, gaining 40% movement speed for the duration.

Note - I didn't think that getting a quick escape would be enough to help for the kit so i included, accumulating mana, it seems to fit the theme nicely i think.

Q - (Blut'Izi) Void Matter, (Vurlassin) Spectral Wrath Range - 600 Mana Cost - 60/75/90/105/120 Cooldown - 10 seconds

  • Blut'Izi/Vurlassin places a aura on target enemy champion/minion/creep or allied champions that radiates 20/30/40/50/60(+20% AP) magic damage per second for 5 seconds to the target and all nearby enemies. This ability doesn't damage allied targets and amplifies the affects of Blut'Izi's/Vurlassin's other abilities on the target.

Note - This kit has no burst in its basic heals or damage, its all done overtime so a little assistance might be necessary.

W - (Blut'Izi) Veil of the Abyss, (Vurlassin) Fade from Memory Range - 700 Mana Cost - 65 Cooldown - 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds

After a 1 second delay (2 seconds if the target is being attacked)

  • Blut'Izi engulfs target allied champion in the vast emptiness of the void/Vurlassin erases of the target allied champion from their enemies memories, rendering them invisible for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds and granting them 15%(+5% per 100 AP) movement speed for the duration. Basic attacks and abilities will break the affect. If the target of this ability is affected by Void Matter/ Spectral Wrath the the target becomes immune to slow and root effects and the movement speed bonus is doubled for the duration of this ability.

  • Enemies affected by the stealthed target's first basic attack/ability that breaks stealth or 3 seconds after its duration ends are feared for 1.5 seconds. If a target of the fear affect is afflicted with Void Matter/Spectral Wrath The fear duration is increased to 2.5 seconds.

Note - The entire point of this champ is to be able to stealth others for escapes and ganks. So this skill is important for the kit and I added the fear mechanic to provide a little cc.

E - (Blut'Izi) Microbial Spray, (Vurlassin) Haunt Range - 600 Mana Cost - 90 Cooldown - 16/15/14/13/12 seconds

Heal target allied champion or damage target enemy over time.

  • Allied Target - Heals target champion for 20/35/50/65/80(+20% AP) plus 3% of the targets missing health per second over 3 seconds. If the target is affected by Void Matter/Spectral Wrath when this ability is cast on the target then they are instantly healed for 150% of the full duration of this ability instead.

  • Enemy Target - Target enemy champion/minion/creep is dealt 20/35/50/65/80(+20% AP) plus 2% of the targets max health as magic damage per second over 3 seconds. If the target is under the affect of Void Matter/Spectral Wrath when this ability is cast on the target then they are instantly dealt 150% of the full duration of this spell instead.

Note - I'm not entirely sure if the amount of healing/damage you can get out of this spell is in line w/ similar spells but since its a heal overtime its not providing massive amounts of health instantly on a regular basis. Burst should be enough to deal w/ a skill like this.

R (Blut'Izi) Parasitic Link, (Vurlassin) Grasp of the Forsaken Cast Range - 650, Tether Break Range - 900 Mana Cost - 75 +50/60/70 per sec Cooldown - 7 Seconds

  • Blut'Izi/Vurlassin Attaches herself/himself to a target, healing herself/himself for 80% the target is healed/damaged per second. Blut'Izi/Vurlassin gains the effect of Veil of the Abyss/Fade from Memory on herself/himself while tethered to someone currently under its effects. Parasitic Link/Grasp of the Forsaken is automatically cancelled if Blut'Izi/Vurlassin is stunned, silenced, or feared.

  • Allied Champion - Target is healed for 50/75/100(+40% AP) per second and gain 20/30/40(+30% ap) armor and magic resist for the duration of this ability. If the target is affected by both Void Matter/Spectral Wrath and this ability then the target takes 15% reduced damage

  • Target Enemy - Target is dealt 50/75/100(+40% AP) magic damage per second and their armor and magic resist is reduced by 20/30/40(+30% ap) for the duration of this ability. As long as the target is simultaneously affected by Void Matter/Spectral Wrath and this ability they are slowed by 25%(+5% per 100 ap).

Note - this skill acts a lot like anivia or swain's ult, the champ is free to move and cast spells while this skill is active

That's the Kit

I haven't put any thought into other details like a proper backstory or quotes and dances etc. If anyone has something to add or say go ahead.

Note - I've edited the abilities of this concept and trimmed them back because it felt like I was initially trying to do too much for this kit.
