[Champion Concept] Ronja The Ionian Hunter
Lore
Ronja was found starving and on the brink of death by a group of Vastayan hunters led by a man called Sayo. She was a very strange little girl, her skin and hair were bright red and her eyes to color of amber. Sayo decided that they should save the girl and once they return to their village, he even adopted her into his family as his own daughter.
He taught her the way of the vastayan hunters and as it turned out, she was of talent without equal. She could effortlessly follow even the faintest of tracks and her aim with the bow were beyond impressive. If she wanted to she could surely clear out the entire forest in a few days but she always hunted the bare minimum they needed to survive.
However one day while she were out in the wild a Noxian war party rampaged through her little village. When she returned everyone was slaughtered, not a single on left alive, there were some Noxian corpes around but the battle was clearly one sided. Enraged and filled with sorrow she went after the war party and they must have thought they entered an ambush of probably a hundred soldiers as Ronja took them down one by one, until each and every one of them were dead.
By the end she was filled with conflict, not only had her village and family just been slaughtered but she had also engaged into hate fueled, merciless killing. "Was her revenge justified? Was she just as bad as those who had murdered her village? War her revenge truly justified?" was questions that rushed through her head as she stood in pool of the blood of Noxians. "If I hadn't done this more villages would suffer the same fate as mine" she eventually said to herself to herself with conviction. This is the first time she truly realized how strong she was and that if she had been in the village in time, she could probably have stopped the attack all by herself. These soldiers were predators hunting not for survival but for hatred and greed and she have the ability to stop them from slaying innocents and that's what she decided to do.

Abilities
Ronja uses energy to fuel her abilities.
Passive: Tracking
All enemy champions leave tracks behind them as they walk that slowly fades over 60 seconds. When within 750 units of Ronja they become visible for her and her teammates.
In addition Ronja gains 10% movement speed while following a track and she have 50 - 150 bonus attack range against tracked enemies.
Q: Killshot
Type: Single Target skillshot Range: 800 Cost: 40 energy Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds
Ronja fires an arrow in a straight line that deals 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+100% total attack damage) physical damage to the first target hit. The shot applies on hit effects and lifesteal and if the target is below 20% (+0,3% per 1% critical hit chance) of their maximum health the arrow will crit, dealing 200% damage (amplified by crit damage multipliers).
If the arrow successfully kills the target it refunds 80 energy.
W: Focus Fire
Type: Toggle, self buff Cost: 40 / 35 / 30 / 25 / 20 energy per basic attack No cooldown
Toggle: Empower Ronja's basic attacks and Killshot at the cost of energy, giving her 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% attack speed and cause her attacks to deal 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+10 / 12,5 / 15 / 17,5 / 20% total attack damage) bonus physical damage. Can't be toggled of during Will of the Hunter.
E: Hunter's Agility
Type: Toggle, self buff Cost: 20 energy per 0,5 seconds Cooldown: 1 second after ending the effect
Toggle: Ronja gains 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+1 per 1% attack speed) bonus movement speed, 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% resistance to slows and a greatly reduced hitbox while toggled but makes her unable to attack. Issuing an attack command cancels this ability. (Is not affected by the attack speed from focus fire). Minimum duration is 0,5 seconds.
Ultimate: Will of the Hunter
Type: Self buff No cost Cooldown: 120 / 100 / 80 seconds
Passive: Increase her movement speed while following a track by additional 10 / 20 / 30% and the bonus attack range by 50 / 75 / 100
Active: Ronja unleashed her true potential, gaining True Sight of all enemies that she tracks and removes her energy costs for 5 / 6 / 7 seconds. In addition she have 20 / 30 / 40% armor penetration for the duration.
Ability extras:
Passive: The tracks have 5 stages of intensity / color fading every 12 seconds allowing her to know about how long ago her enemy where present. The movement speed only applies while running the same direction as the track.
Quotes: "Hmm, fresh" - finding a new track "They seem to be long gone" - finding an old track "You wont get away" - tracking "Only a matter of time" -tracking "Teleportation huh?" - finding a gap in the tracks (from flash or recall, etc, dashes will still leave tracks along the path)
Q: Fires a really mean looking arrow. Enemies have an indicator for when they're low enough for the crit. If Focus Fire is toggled Killshot will apply it's effects and have shorter cast animation, should have fast animation regardless. If she only have energy enough for Q it will not benefit from Focus Fire.

W: Should probably be maxed out first. Change her pose while active. Should be possible to switch on and of very rapidly. Her attacks become very deadly with this active but she needs to be careful not to drain all her energy of else she wont be able to use E to escape or Q to kill.
E: Her model becomes slightly elusive while active. Reduced hitbox makes it easier to dodge skillshots although she can still be hit by good aim, also makes it easier to run through minions. Do not benefit from focus fire as it would be clunky to having to activate W before E when all you want to do is run away, better to be balanced around it self.

R: Enemies will be revealed as long as she can see their tracks, regardless of how far away they are.
Gameplay:
Ronja is a scaling hyper carry. She have very little utility and a weak laning phase. However since she have no mana costs she could have very good lane sustain with an early life steal item. Once she gets rolling she will eventually become extremely powerful and also virtually impossible to run away from. Her passive grant her a lot of useful information to her team even when she is not actively hunting someone.
Her biggest hurdle in general will be to manage her energy. Although tempting to keep focus fire on at all times it may result in that she wont be able to execute her opponent with Killshot or escape with Hunter's Agility. A sign of a good Ronja player would most likely be reflected the most in her use of Hunter's Agility to reposition in fights and dodge skillshots. With a bit of attack speed she will be a very fast girl with it active.
Her build would probably be that of your standard crit adc as that will probably benefit her the most.
