Nymsa: The Needle-Worker

This AP assassin is just itchin' for a stitchin'. Born the daughter of a seamstress she lived in squalor. Noxian nobles treated her mother with disdain and showered her with looks of disgust. When her mother was tailoring a fine dress for the Mistress of the house she pricked her finger and bled on the beautiful garment. Upon seeing the damage done to her gown the Mistress had her mother executed in the middle of the street. Nymsa was left crying on the sidewalk with nowhere to go. Taking shelter in the forest she utilized her mother's teachings in a new way. She trained relentlessly for the day where she could join the League of Legends and face her mother's executioner on the Rift.

Passive: Needlepoint

Every third basic attack against a single target is pierced by Nymsa's needles causing them to bleed for 5% of their maximum health over 3 seconds.

Nymsa throws an empowered needle in a target direction striking the first enemy hit for 35/55/75/95/115 (+80% Ability Power). If she hits an enemy champion she may throw a second needle within 4 seconds (cooldown does not reset if the same champion is hit). If Puncture hits the same target they are then rooted for 2 seconds.

W: Reap and Sew cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana range: 700 cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds

Nymsa resonates with her needles dealing 60/110/160/210/260 (+60% Ability Power) to targets affected by Puncture. If multiple enemy champions within an area are affected by Puncture, Nymsa sews them together. When the link is broken enemies are slowed by 40% for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds.

Nymsa dashes in a target direction empowering her next 2 basic attacks for 30/40/50/60/70 (+ 50% Ability Power) and slowing enemy champions hit by 35/40/45/50/55% for 3 seconds. If she is near enemies that have been sewn together she dashes a farther distance in their direction.

R: Pirouette cost: 100 Mana range: 550 cooldown: 115/105/95 Seconds

Nymsa charges her needles and twirls unleashing them in a wide cone in front of her dealing 200/300/400 (+110% Ability Power) magic damage . Enemy champions hit are now marked by Puncture.
