This pint-sized marksman wants to grow up to be like his big sis, so he sneaked his way into the league of legends to try his hand on the rift.

Passive Ability: Feel the Burn! ~Lucky's basic attacks sting the target. The next basic attack to strike the affected target will deal additional damage based on (15%) of Lucky's Attack Damage. Can only proc on the same target once every 2.5 seconds.

~Lucky fires a heavy pellet in an arc, striking enemies in the target area for 35/65/95/115/145 (+135% Attack Damage) and slowing them by 20/25/30/35/40% for 1.5 seconds.
W: Sugar Rush!! Cost: 40 Mana Range: Self Cooldown: 12 Seconds
~Lucky gains a 30/42/54/68/80% attack speed burst for 3 seconds and "Feel the Burn" deals double damage.
E: GO LONG! Cost: No Cost Range: Self Cooldown: 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 Seconds
~Lucky gains 125/145/165/185/205 bonus range on his abilities and basic attacks for 5 seconds as well as a 30/35/40/45/50% bonus movement speed that decays over the duration.
R: Rebound! Cost: 100 Mana Range: 400 Cooldown: 100/90/80 Seconds
~ Lucky fires a Super-Pellet dealing 200/250/300 (+150% Attack Damage). If he hits an enemy minion or champion, it will bounce off and strike the nearest enemy champion dealing 200/250/300 (+155% Attack Damage) and an additional 50 damage as True Damage.
Being so small and youthful, Lucky has a higher base movement speed to either chase down or run away from enemy champions. His increased mobility will make it easier for him to get in and out of poke range to whittle down his opponents before going in for the kill.
