Champion Concept- Buckets the Strange walking curse
Please let me know if something is unclear- please be aware all the numbers you see here are guesses, and could be underpowered/ overpowered. I Tried to guess to what is Fair, I did how ever leave our mana costs and Cool downs.
Can be played as a Utility Support or as a mid laner.
Base stats: HEALTH 535 – 1980 ATTACK DAMAGE 52 – 103 HEALTH REGEN. 5.4 – 14.8 ATTACK SPEED [*] 0.579 (+0% – 23.1%) MANA 350 – 1200 ARMOR 25.0 – 93.0 MANA REGEN. 6.0 – 13.7 MAGIC RES. 30.0 RANGED 500 MOV. SPEED 330

Bucket Calls down a shrine at a target location that deals magic damage and applies a Slow all enemies it hits for 1.25 seconds. A second shrine can be fired for no additional cost within the next 5 seconds. On a 3rd cast, bucket swaps all unites standing within the shrine after a 1.5 cast time.
(shrines Can not be targeted(By teleport), They do NOT grant any sort of vision.)

W- See no Dummy Buckets places a indestructible Puppet that can be targeted by allies, Enemies and Neutral Monsters that lasts 28/ 40 / 52 / 64 /76 seconds. Only one dummy can be placed on the map. The Dummy destroys itself if Bucket moves far enough away from them for more than 8 seconds
Unique passive: After Auto attacking "Dummy", Buckets Next basic deals bonus magic damage and knocking the target towards Bucket 250 units. After being knocked, an enemy cannot be affected by Dummies passive again for a few seconds
Note: Dummy is treated as a Allied Champion, Enemy Champion, Minion, ward and large monster, for both enemy and allies.
= = = E: Hit no dummy = = = Buckets targets an allied unit(Can NOT target himself) taunting a small radius for 5 seconds or untill the unit is destroyed. All unites that are taunted have there attack damage Reduced by 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 for the duration of the taunt. the taunt only lasts 1.5 seconds.
= = = **R: Burden of the last. ** = = = Bucket targets an Allied Champion(cannot be himself), granting them Movement speed, and dealing 100 / 150 / 200(+ 70% AP) for 7 seconds, dealing magic damage to all enemy units within 475 range each second. All Enemy unites withing the range are slowed for 25%
Deals bonus magic damage, bonus slow, and bonus speed for being isolated from allied units.

(In Lane) -Use dummy in lane to auto attack it to use his passive to sustain without pushing the wave.) -You may force the enemy to shove the lane by taunting creeps(but with a lack of wave clear its risky losing cs under tower) -You may use the dummy to take minion aggro.
(Combo) -Place dummy, Attack dummy(for Dummy passive), Q dummy to try to teleport him on top of enemy, Ult and E the Dummy, Attempt to pull him in more with basic attack.
(setting up ganks) -Use Q to teleport the jungler in, or try attempt to close escapes off with taunts and ports.
(stand behind me) The sad dummy isn't Braum, but this thing could eat ahri charms all you want :D
(counters towards Bucket) -If he attempts to do a full combo on you, just walk in his portal and you're in his face with every cooldown blown on his side. -The enemy top laner can use Buckets dummy to teleport in. -His Q is the only means to harass, buts its also his only escape. If he also tries to escape with it, it could 3-6 seconds to actually teleport, and you can easily teleport with him.
(Goes well with bucket) -Draven: need shit to hit? lack escapes? want the enemy to fear you?... Bucket is your man. -Graves: Buckets and Graves passive has well synergy -Jinx: Pewpew dummy gotta hit cha fast.
