What if Clarity(the summoner spell)

What if summoner 13 reduced your Q-W-E (Maybe R)'s cool down by 25%(Or something else).. Because to me its the spell that says "Go on, spam that shit. I got your back.".

Extra: summoner 6 Reduces slows effectiveness for ??% summoner 21 If the shield remains ??% of the remaining shield is converted to health. summoner 21 Barrier again- What if it gave Bonus MR+ARMOR during the seconds(armor+MR could scale with level).

That'd make barrier super powerful. Every laner would just take barrier because it's a better heal.

my ideas for summoner spell changes:

Clarity: Somewhat similar to yours Clairvoyance: A 1 second destiny (TF first R activation) Barrier: Target one ally shielding them for 5% of your maximum health and granting them 10% of your max resistances for 4 seconds Revive: (BROUGHT BACK) Cooldown is now 9:15 being reduced by 15 seconds per level (including level 1) STarts at 9 minutes, goes down to 4:30 at level 18. Cleanse: breaks all CC and grants 100% CC reduction for 1.5 seconds from all forms of CC except supressions. (Malz and WW would be very very sad if they could be countered by a single summoner)

summoner 21 : Probably fine as is.

{{summoner:2}} : Has already been trinketized (item 3342 ). It might as well be removed, or reworked into something else.

Clairvoyance: A 1 second destiny (TF first R activation)

It would have to be much smaller a radius. we shouldn't be more powerful than destiny.

summoner 13 : Only one game mode can actually use this spell decently. ARAM. I would probably rework it's area of effect so that it only affects one other target, and putting that power elsewhere. might make a niche support spell if both Sup, and ADC were mana hungry.

So you would make it a tank Summoner spell? not sure about that one. I think certain spells like cleanse and barrier are meant to be self cast.

In my opinion, their should be more items that modify Summoner spell use. We have distortion boots and Jungle items, but we can do more than that.
