It would have to be much smaller a radius. we shouldn't be more powerful than destiny.
: Only one game mode can actually use this spell decently. ARAM. I would probably rework it's area of effect so that it only affects one other target, and putting that power elsewhere. might make a niche support spell if both Sup, and ADC were mana hungry.
Barrier: Target one ally shielding them for 5% of your maximum health and granting them 10% of your max resistances for 4 seconds
So you would make it a tank Summoner spell? not sure about that one. I think certain spells like cleanse and barrier are meant to be self cast.
In my opinion, their should be more items that modify Summoner spell use. We have distortion boots and Jungle items, but we can do more than that.
