Darkseal and Mejai's Soulstealer type items for ADCs.

With the upcoming nerfs to the ADC role I thought that adding in items for ADCs that are like Darkseal and Mejai's Soulstealer might allow ADCs to not feel so helpless in the early game, but also not too strong. Note: The numbers for the passives can be changed if they are too weak or strong. Don't let them alone bias what you think about the concept over all.

Arcane Revolver

cost: 450 (450) +12 Attack Damage +20% increased healing from potions +100 Health

UNIQUE Passive - Caliber: Grants +3 Attack Damage per Bullet. UNIQUE Passive - Do or Die: Grants 1 Bullet for a champion kill or assist, up to 6 Bullets total. Lose 2 Bullets on death.

Can not be purchased by Melee champions.

Insidious Handcanon

cost: 1500 (1150 + Arcane Revolver) +20 Attack Damage +150 Health

UNIQUE Passive - Caliber: Grants +5 Attack Damage per Bullet. Grants 15% Critical Strike Chance if you have at least 6 Bullets. UNIQUE Passive - Do or Die: Grants 2 Bullets for a champion kill or assist, up to 12 Bullets total. Lose 5 Bullets on death.

Can not be purchased by Melee champions.

We actually had an old AD version of Soulstealer, it was called Sword of the Occult. I'm not sure they have any plans on bringing a stacking AD item back into the game, but who knows, maybe the ADC changes will change that o.O

Well crit builds were ADCs' bread and butter, so with all of the ADC changes I think something like this would be good. It's nice not having ADCs be too strong, but these changes make it seem like ADCs will be so vulnerable early game that any other role could just shove them into the ground without any chance of opposition. I mean maybe it won't, but the option is nice, and it can be adjusted to not be too op.

Please god no. We already had Sword of the Occult and I'm sure no one wants it back except maybe crit users. ADCs use items like this too well and are too safe(they also don't need any extra health). There's a reason they removed Sword of the Occult and kept Mejai's.

Do you know about the ADC changes at all? They will not be so safe any more, and a small amount of extra health is a good thing with the regen nerfs. You can't justify not wanting this based on how the game used to be, or how it currently is.

It's already hard to kill ADCs earlyish on for an assassin whether they've snowballed or not due to the shields, heals, and everything else in between they have to get through to even try, and you want to give them extra health on top of the extra health they're already getting FROM THE marksmen changes? They're gonna be able to get 100% crit chance more reliably, opening up their builds SO MUCH more. Yeah, they lost 50% total crit damage, but they gained true damage, and everyone has armor. They will also be able to build more AD as a result. Sword of the Occult for them will just be a SECOND starter item purchase while for other champions Mejai's is a RISKY purchase. An ADC won't feel that risk near as much. Also keep in mind mages only have damage for as long as they have abilities, and they have cooldowns. Auto attacks don't have a cooldown, unless you count the 0.7 per second to 2.5 per second delays, which aren't near as much as a 6-10 second delay.

Way too cheap.

Not at all. Look at Darkseal and Mejai's. They are cheap, and they can give really good stats if they get stacked. This is not unreasonable, and like I said numbers can be changed.
