prov...E. :l, Viktors one of my fave champs to play as and I wanted to try making a skin for him.
I also thought of other champs that could suit this theme but I'm too lazy. (I'm amused by the name idea Glitchlesticks for Fiddle, though he has enough skins already).
His VA would be a mess to suit the theme.

pretty clever. it's like a reference to cancerous cells. they just do what they're programmed to do or in victor's case thinks is the right thing to do, but to the rest of the world is a destructive force.
other champions that could follow in this theme could be Victor for top(destroying with intention of repurposing), Azir for mid (spreading with intention conquering), Jinx for adc (destroying with intention of self benefit), vel'koz support (dematerializing with intention of learning), and Aatrox in the jungle (ravaging with intention of creating [art]). it's a little ap heavy, but it could be a line of skins, just imagine a glitched out jinx laugh or glitchy Azir soldiers, or a stuttering vel'koz, or a glitchy aatrox sword.
