Make a champ out of discarded abilities!

So a lot of reworked champs lost some of the more unique abilities. Usually these abilities sucked, but for fun make a champ out of those abilities.

For me, I would love a champ who was a mix of old taric and old gangplank. Give him a permaslow passive that scales of mana, old raise morale, a point and click stun, and tarics old ult. He could be a fighter support
