Tarics new kit
As a support main and long time taric player, I'm pretty excited about his new kit. Can't wait to see the numbers.

I'm disappointed that he's losing the reliable stun, but not surprised. If you're a mobile champion, finding your dash key is considered an "outplay" that makes you entitled to kill whoever, get out safely and laugh at the silly support who thought he could defend his allies.
Maybe he'll at least be able to zone with it, even if it's likely to be harder to actually land than a hook (I don't think even Thresh has a full second of windup), people will at least be scared of what would happen if they did stand in it.
His new ult seems exciting in concept, but the delay is insanely long to expect it to defend against pretty much anything. Both assassinations and teamfights will be over before it starts. I think it's even too slow to counter a Karthus ult (let alone MF, Vel'koz, Yasuo or Katarina). Maybe you could time it to start just as a Kindred ult runs out. That would be pretty cool.
Is it possible to be far enough away to stop a Jinx/Ezreal/Draven/Ashe ult with it, or will they literally cross the entire map in less than the activation time?
Offensively it might have more potential, if your whole team gets on board with "as soon as the ult pops we dive" in a siege situation or something like that. Could have great combo potential with Sivir.
The numbers are still pretty good and he still scales off hp and armor as well.
