Champion Ideas: Animi, The... I haven't came up with a title yet

Animi is a squishy, ranged Support who relies on debuffing the enemy. His main focus in lane is to keep the enemy from being able to attack due to a lack of mana. This focus switches to helping in teamfights in the roaming phase with his ultimate or he can stay with his ADC and help pick off the enemy one by one. To balance out his utility he has relatively low AP ratios and average base stats. Besides utility, Animi does have some sustain, mainly mana focused, but can shield his ADC. He isn't completely helpless on his own but it would take a skilled player to 1v1 someone as Animi. To make up for his squishiness he has a base movement speed of 340 and an AA range of 575.

Now onto his abilities,

Passive: Inner Peace, after staying out of combat for 5 seconds Animi gains a percent of his mana every second.

Q: Sympathy, Animi tethers himself to the enemy dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+60% Ability Power) over 4 seconds and slowing them by 15/20/25/30/35% increasing up to an extra 5% as he gets closer to the tethered enemy. If the tether is maintained for all 4 seconds it takes away 15% of the enemies remaininng mana. Range: 625 Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana

W: Fear, Animi releases an AoE based off himself that strikes fear into everybody around him lasting for 1.0/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2.0 dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+45% Ability Power). Basically a Lissandra W that fears instead of roots. Range: 475 Cost: 65 mana at all ranks

E: Empathy, Animi shields himself or an ally champion for 80/110/140/170/200 (+50% Ability Power) which then converts into mana after 5 seconds.
Range: 800 Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana

R: Serenity, Animi cast a giant AoE that silences all enemy champions inside it and lasts for 2/3.5/5 seconds. (Due to the nature of this ultimate I decided to make it a non-damage dealing ability to balance it out. In case it's still a little to overpowered I was thinking to maybe make it blind instead of silence.) Range: Global Cost: 150 mana

Health: 496 (+80 per level), Heath Regen: 5.42 (+0.55 per level) Attack Damage: 52 (+3.5 per level), Attack Speed: 0.653 (+2.47 per level) Armor: 21 (+3.9 per level), Magic Resist: 30 (+O per level) Movement Speed: 340

Bio: Born to a rather poor family in Noxus, Animi was expected to work from a very young age. At the age of 7 his mother was able to get him a job as hired help at the house of one of the Noxian elites where his mother was a maid. The work was hard, and the master of the house was a cruel war general who often made Animi work several hours with no food or sleep. If Animi were to ever speak out of turn the Master would personally humiliate him in front of guest and the other servants or sometimes just beat the helpless child. He would call out to his mother but she would do nothing but sit on the sidelines for she, like the rest, were to afraid to ever speak up. At the end of each day his mother would tell him, "Be emotionless, as if nothing but a statue."

As the years went by Animi grew into a deeper despair as each day passed away. He no longer spoke out of turn or even made a sound. He was a statue, just like everybody else around him. On one eventful night however, as he was making the last of his rounds around the manor, he heard somebody crying. It was more like sobbing, it sounding like a grown man, the sound going on off as the person tried unsuccessfully to stop. Animi tracked the sound to the master's study, a room forbidden for all to enter except the master himself, to find the man sitting in his desk, his hands trying to wipe away the tears that were coming. The man who humiliated him, abused him, a man who caused so much misery in his life was completely vulnerable to him. Instead of laughing or anything of the like, Animi walked up to the man and consoled him. Animi hushed his cries and told him that things would be ok. Since that day the master never again struck a servant nor anything harsh or cruel. The master in fact went out of his way to brighten others. But the master wasn't the only person who changed.

All around him, the people with faces that never moved like stone, started to express themselves in ways Animi never knew possible. It wasn't long after that Animi realized that this was no mere coincidence. He found that he had magic of his own and this was no simple magic. It was the control over people or more specifically their emotions. With these new powers in hand Animi set his eyes on one goal: To teach this world compassion in the hopes that misery is never felt again. He soon used his powers to elevate the war general to higher positions of power in Noxus. Through this man, Animi voiced his opinions in the hopes to make Noxus a better place.

Now in the League of Legends, Animi spreads his message to all of Valoran.

The last thing there is talk about now is how he looks. Since Animi is still young, around the same age as Ezreal and Lux, he isn't that big. I was thinking of making him look kind of feminine mainly because, with the exception of Ezreal and Ekko, every guy in this game is a fucking body builder. I'm not saying make him look completely feminine but juts a few things here and there. Such as longer hair, a smaller chin, bigger eyes, small frame. I don't really know what he would wear, possibly just a classic mage robe or something with some boots. He definitely has brown hair and eyes with paler skin, seeing as how he is from Noxus. I feel like his base colors would be plain, such as simple earthy colors like browns and greens. He's a squishy Support/Mage so it's not like he would be wearing any armor. One thing I'm kind of still wondering about is if he should have a staff. It's does give into the cliché that mages have to have staves but I do love the idea. Not to mention it would make him the first, and so far only, male champion with a staff.

P.S I know this character is extremely out of character for somebody from Noxus but that it the point. This character was to prove that not everybody from Noxus is cruel and heartless. Animi would also be the first support champion from Noxus.
