Idea of a system for Vicotrious Skin

Well this idea didn't come from me, I see them on the comments of the News FR

Basically the idea would be to make a catalogue similar to the Prestige Skins, if we are Gold+ at the end of the season we will get a Victoirous token, and this token will be used to choose 1 skins among all the Victorious skin available.

Because it's not that I don't like Aatrox but the skin and even the champion don't interest me ABSOLUTELY, but on the other hand Elise's one I would have liked to have it, thanks to a system that starts that we will have the choice at least, you don't like the 2019 skin? so take an ostrich that you are more interested in among all the rest!

of course you'll have to give something special to people who already have the old skins as usual!

Devalues... the skins.. Don't exactly know how people dont understand that. Specially for older skins such as S1-5.. Devalues them alot.

I think it could work like this - Each gold+ ranked gamemode grants 1x victorious token for season rewards Tokens can be spent on: Current season victorious skin = 1x token Previous season victorious skin = 2x tokens Victorious skin chroma = 1x token Gemstone = 1x token

So when we received Victorious Orianna chromas last season, that would be equivalent to buying the current season skin for 1x token + each additional chroma for 1x token each, matching the price list above.

Additionally, Riot could rarely give out more victorious tokens as exclusive rewards for large public tournaments and such.

Riot won't do it because they think it's unfair to people who got the older skins, even though personally I wouldn't feel any lesser about my victorious skins. I've got every single one since season 5 so it's not like just 1 or 2.

Just give borders to the people who got the victorious skin in the year that theyre released. But if oyu unlock the skin in future years, then you get no border.

What about making those skins sell for 975 or idk 1350 when you reach gold on an account, because they still get something and if you really like a champion you'd do anything for it, especially me I'd do anything for Victorious Elise now, I've every skin of her except that one and it's just sad life. I wasn't really playing ranked back in S3.

What if they released a Victorious border that changed the game loading portrait of a default skin into one of a Victorious skin? Without changing the actual skin, of course. Essentially, using the 10-Year-Anniversary idea for those in high elos.

This concept has been floating around for a while now, there's at least 2 posts already here on the boards proposing the exact same thing. I know I personally suggested this kind of system months ago in discussions about the exclusivity of skins when Kayle was VGU'd.

As someone who wants Vic Morg/Elise and doesn't have them I don't support

If they do this then all the Pax skins, Riot skins, and OG skins like Black Alistair need to come back. But then those players with those skins lose the prestige of having them, even with some cheesy crown/icon.

I started playing league shortly after the 2014 season ended (had no computer beforehand) and I am enamored with the Victorious Morgana skin. It sucks that I never got the chance to even try for her Victorious skin, simply because I couldn't play at an earlier time.
