Each champion make and remake usually leads to a death spiral of balancing to keep the game from becoming a bunch of op champs squatting on the rest (older champs). We have made this prediction over and over again as a community. We have not been heard. My perspective of Riot's vision of the game is where one champ rules them all in terms of sheer power, rotating as the Riot gods (aka the balance team) will it. We must avoid this.
