We certainly do!
Unfortunately, we aren't able to respond to every post, as there are a lot more summoners than there are us!
With all of the preseason changes, all of the teams are scrolling through the bug reports and investigating issues as they come up as well as working to get the major issues resolved as soon as possible.

When will a Rioter respond to all the posts about Lucian's ult doing less than 400% damage to minions? I've seen countless posts about it, way too many for it to have gone unnoticed, and yet no Rioters have responded. Is it even a bug? Was it an intended change? If it is a bug, is it going to be fixed in 5.24? So many questions, and absolutely no answers. It makes me vurry sad :( 
No they do not. This is why LoL has game breaking bugs! This is why YOU can pick rengar and have a slightly chance for you to make him bugged and make him look like superman! EDIT: you can't anymore, OH WAIT , because Riot DOES look up bugs. Do you have to see a rioter post to make you happy to every bug post ever?
