Dual wielding champ

I have an idea for a dual wielding champ who uses two curved swords.

Passive: His auto attacks will stack his passive up to 4 times and the more stacks he has the faster he attacks. Also when he has 3 or 4 stacks he will attack with two blades instead of one essentially attacking twice for one auto not in the sense master yi does it, yi attacks twice with one blade not once with two blades.

E: Spins his blades around like Garen/Kat/etc a certain ammount of times based on how many passive stacks he has and will consume all his stacks. For example having 3 stakcs will make him spin 3 times and consume 3 stacks and 2 stacks he will spin tiwce and consume 2 stacks.

This is all I have so far.
