I'd like to see a Zac skin with an electricity theme. His entire body would be comprised of electrical energy, he would come with new sound effects, and perhaps a new filter for his VO.

Would be very cool, Riot mentioned something about having difficulty with Zac's textures, But if they could make it work I would like to see it.
