(Character Kit Rework Concept) Garen, The might of Demacia

I have been thinking a lot about what bothers me about garen. I think his kit is not that outdated. However, at least for me he is kind of bland and sometimes a little boring to play. I have tried to make a little tweak on his abilities to keep spirit of garen as he is today, but make him a little more challenging to play and useful in more situations than he is today. A changes were also made to make him more Lore-friendly.

Passive: Anti-magic Armor With each magic damage garen suffer his armor will provide Anti-Magic protection for 5 seconds stack up to 5 stacks. Each stack provide 5 Magic resist (10 at lvl.6, 20 at lvl.11, 30 at lvl.16). Additional damage at 5 stacks will reset duration of protection.

Demacia resolve if garen receive magic damage while he is under 30% maximum health. All stacks of anti-magic armor are consumed and garen gains 10% damage reduction for each stack consumed for 5 seconds. Garen is healed for 40% of his maximum health over the same duration. Cooldown 60sec.

**Q - Vanguard Swing ** CD: 2 - 12 Garen make a powerful swing in front of him dealing damage to all enemies in wide small cone for 15/28/45/60/83 ( + 50% AD) physical damage and all enemies hit have its armor reduced by 20% for 4 seconds. If Vanguard swing hit at least one enemy, garen gets into motion and can make another swing within 1 seconds and can make up to 5 swings. Each addition swing increase cooldown of Vanguard Swing by 2 seconds. (Modified by CD reduction)

Hold: Garen will automatically swing in mouse direction if possible.

E - Demacia Spirit CD: 30 Sec Upon activation, you and each allied champion that have been damaged in last 5 seconds will gain decaying bonus 30% movement speed over 4 seconds and 4/9/13/16/20 % bonus to Armor and magic resist and bonus 40% tenacity for 5 seconds.

If ally dies under effect of Demacia Spirit, reduce cooldown of Demacia Spirit by 15 sec.

W - Handle Bash CD: 8 sec Garen charge a short distance and bash first enemy hero with his sword, dealing 30/60/90/120/150 (+ 40% AD) physical damage, slowing target by 20% and silencing him for 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 second.

R - DEMACIA'S JUDGMENT PASSIVE: Enemy with biggest bounty is marked as villain. If more than one enemy has the same bounty, the enemy who received it first is marked the Villain.

Garen calls upon the might of Demacia to attempt to execute the target enemy champion, dealing them 175 / 350 / 525 (+ 28.6 / 33.3 / 40% of target's missing health) Magic damage, converted to true damage when targeting the Villain.

Note. Garen ulti could stay as it is now, however with new changes to make bounties visible i think this is more viable.

you mean like volibear passive somewhat on his passive but with a MR twist?

his q is basically a titanic hydra or a aatrox styled attacks or a directionized by player cleave?

the E makes sense buts its kinda op in a sense if you add karma into the mix or someone else who can 0 counterplay rush them if you mod the stats a bit i can see this working out.

honestly on ur w ability a 1 sec in league is a long time at max i probs make it a 3 or 2.5 secs.

items should affect his ult due to scaling reasons (personal opinion) but i see no real faults in this ult due to its nature holy power aimed at one enemy.

personal conclusion its a pretty good fighter/supporty build that could work
