Fiora rework proposal based on Guinsoo's goals for Fiora *20 hours of work plz don't ignore*

Guinsoo you must look at this, this rework is pretty much similar to your rework. We heard that you guys are having a hard time dealing with it. Please look at my suggestion because it might enlighten you, also because we are so desperate to see a brand new fiora reborn!
Since everyone is posting about fiora's rework idea, as a fiora main, I have my own idea too. What makes my rework idea from the others is that I have a full plan about play style for both in lane and team fight, a full build suggestion and a well-balanced damage prediction. I have heard that fiora's lack of skills and counter plays. Also her play style doesn't fit her fencing fantasy. I personally think that her problem is that all of her skills are either a self buff (w, e) or a single target spell (q, r); she has no skill shot and all her ability is click-to-use. To improve her fencing fantasy and skill playing, my idea is very similar to Guinsoo’s idea. It’s to give her high mobility, still make her lack of cc ,but reduce the damage taken from the opponent, or even block abilities while dealing a high amount of damage. In other words, a good fiora player can use her abilities to ignore tons of damages, while dealing tons of damages. Her new Q will give her a weaker engage, but more stickier than the old Q; her W is a double-edged sword, successful parry blocks damage and abilities, failed parry silence yourself and slow you down; her ultimate is skill required in order to deal the maximum damage.
Passive (Duelist) : Fiora heals herself 6 - 23 + (0.4 AP) health every time she auto attacks an enemy champion.
Lunge (Q): Fiora dash forward with lightning speed, and damage the first champion she hits. After uses lunge, fiora gain 25%/30%/35%/40%/45% movement speed and decays over 4 second. ( Applies on-hit effect, also applies Duelist)
Physical Damage Dealt: 15/25/35/45/55 + (1.0 total AD)
Mana cost: 60
Cool Down: 10 seconds
Range: 475 units
Reposte (W): Passive: Fiora gains 15%/18%/20%/23%/25% bonus armor penetration Active: For the next 1.5 seconds, Fiora is ready to block the next upcoming attack, ability or projectile that comes from a target direction. During reposte, fiora can’t cast abilities, attack or cast summoner spells and she will be given an 30% movement speed penalty. If the block success, the debuff removes immediately, and fiora will gain a temporary 25% damage reduction. It only blocks attacks, abilities or projectiles from champions and large, epic monsters.
Duration: 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds
Mana cost 40/50/60/70/80
Cool down: 5 seconds
Width: 40 units
Burst of Speed (E): Passive: During Burst of Speed, trigger Duelist will reduce lunge’s CD by 1 seconds. Fiora gains 40%/50%/60%/70%/80% attack speed for 4 seconds. Champion kills reset the cool down of Burst of Speed.
Mana cost 30/40/50/60/70

Blade Waltz (R): Fiora unleashes her ultimate sword skill, upgrade her abilities for the next 10 seconds. Blade Waltz reset all basic ability CD and make her abilities become free to cast, but she is not able to auto attack.
Lunge (Q): Fiora becomes untargetable during dash.
Reposte (W): Doubles reposte passive, Fiora is no longer suffers from the debuff of reposte when casting it. Reposte blocks attack/abilities from all direction.
Burst of Speed (E): Fiora is not able to cast Burst of Speed; however, trigger Duelist will reset Lunge’s CD to 0.1 seconds up to 2/3/4 times.
Press R again to end Blade Waltz early and enable her auto attack again.
Mana cost 100
Cooldown: 90/80/70 seconds

So, the main change:
Passive: Instead of gaining health in lane, Fiora now heals her whenever she damages enemy champion. This very much illustrated the idea of “duelist” because the player is engaged to profit from damaging enemy champion. The reason to change the passive to heal instantly instead of heal per seconds is her old heal does nothing to those champions with high burst damage. To make her heal actually working, I believe heal instantly like Irelia is the only way.
Lunge: Her old lunge have a range of 600 and allow Fiora to dash twice. That covers almost 1200 distance and it’s a single target spell. It increases the snow ball effect for her, and it is lack of counter plays. So my Q looks like Yasuo’s E, which dashes through a target and stops behind the target; except my Q is a skill shot and gives you extra movement speed instead of let you dash twice. Why? Because like Guinsoo said, he wants to make “Fiora a weaker engage, but much stickier than Yasuo”. I agree, she is a fencer not an assassin. Since her Q is a skill shot, that means people can dodge it, which gives Fiora more counter plays. It is also her escape ability, so when she decide to attack the enemy, she must thinks before go in. What if there is jungle? This makes she from "totally absolute useless when behind" to "at least not feeding useless". LOL
Reposte: I spent 2 days thinking how to change her W, and It makes me thought about Braum. What if Fiora’s W is like Braum’s “Un-breakable” except it only blocks one ability or attack, and it’s a double edged sword. If used wisely, she blocks abilities, otherwise it’s a self CC. The point of the new W is to aim accurately for the enemy’s attack or ability. It also slow you down so you have to think before you cast it. Once you realize “s**t, I used it on the wrong direction!”, enemy champion can just hit you on the side and there is basically nothing you can do. You can’t cancel this ability early because that’s the way it is. However, in order to prevent enemy from get behind you, you should back up, so the enemy can line up with your parry. This fits her fencing fantasy because in fencing, you always back up before you parry someone’s attack. After block the ability, I decide to grant her damage reduction instead of more damage because she’s a duelist, not an assassin. Give her some tank potential can increase her duelist style, and also give her some use when she is behind if you can't kill someone, then block the projectiles for ally and be a tank! There is always duelists with great defensive skills. So, her passive, why do I give her such a massive bonus armor penetration? This is because the love Riot has for all armor items. In season 5, riot once again buffed all armor items by make them cheaper, and thronmill becomes just too strong to counter Fiora. So, stead of giving her more attack damage to increase her early game power, I give her bonus armor penetration to increase her mid-late game potential, and also to increase her ability to fight high armor tanks.
Burst of Speed: I didn’t change much about this ability because she does need an attack speed boost. Otherwise she will be useless without ult. Although I can’t give her more movement speed because she’s already fast enough, I still want make up something for her. After I thought about her overall damage without ult, I realized that she is underpowered. So I decided to give her a chance to cast her lunge again.
Blade Waltz: Many people thinks the old ult lack of counter play and too OP. So just like Guinsoo, I decide to make her ult a dance of her abilities, and make her ult works like an ability itself. I realize that instead of focusing the ADC in team fight, Fiora ult on every other people and only hit ADC once or twice. This drives me crazy. So instead of pressing R and hope the god allow you to hit their ADC or APC, I decided to make her ult a high skill required combo yet still look like Omnislash :D, which is why I play league in the first place. When she cast her ult, all her abilities reset their cool down, but she is forbidden from auto attacking. It’s the Blade Waltz, the ultimate dance of sword skills, not stupid attacks. She can cast her lunge multiple times depended on the level of her ult. Just like before, during lunge you are untargetable, but there is a 0.1 second cool down which means your opponent can use this 0.1 second to CC you or shut you down. Don’t worry, your reposte now can block attacks from all directions with no debuff comes with it, and it can guarantee you for 2 dashes. (It takes sometime for fiora to dash as well. But auto attack also gets blocked by her new W, which means the opponent can use auto attack to trick her and then use CC to stop her.). “What, that’s so OP!” Actually not, because if Fiora missed one of them, which didn’t trigger duelist, then she can only stop her dance since there is no other way she can trigger duelist (She is forbidden from auto attack). So, counter play comes into place. If you are fighting a Fiora, just use your flash or positioning or whatever works to dodge one of her ult, you can force her to stop. They have a Jax? Not a problem! Your ult lasts 10 seconds, and you can always wait till his dodge overs, same with Zhongya, Kayle and Zed.
In Lane: Fiora now can mid or top, since she can block abilities from mages as well. A combo that can work for new Fiora is QAEAAAQA. Her E allows her to shorten the CD of her Q significantly, so if you land all you attacks, you should be able to cast 2 Qs or even 3 Qs in a short amount of time. Oh no, Lux’s Q is coming? No worries, W to block her Q and gain a 25% damage reduction for a short mount of time! If you are fighting someone melee like Wukong, never forget to back up, it makes them and your W line up and force their next attack to hit your parry (it should work like Braum’s E except that it’s much narrower). Now you have a 25% damage reduction, and go trade with your passive! So, you just finished a combo? Start your dance! But if you are not sure if you will hit, just pause for a second, you have 10 seconds anyway. If you see them try to CC you, you can dodge it with your Q or just block it with your W. At last, ignite, sent them to hell!
Mid game: Because of the change to her Q, now she is not capable of long distance dash anymore. That makes her a really bad ganker. But it is legit, what we want is a duelist not an assassin right? In other words, don’t try to gank because you have no cc and you can't even reach the enemy properly. If you use your Q just to get closer to the enemy, you wasted your only damage ability. But if you meet someone at jungle, never be afraid to fight them even if they have thronmill! With your 30% (I assume you only level 1 W so far) bonus penetration, your Blade Waltz can deal a great amount of damage to the enemy champion. Your passive always engages you to fight, and your E tells them who is faster. So basically, she is more like a duelist than before.
Team fight: Fiora’s job never is to start a team fight, but to “duel” their ADC or someone important. When team fight start, find a way (usually use flash) to approach the enemy ADC, Q them and activate E to attack. If their support comes and bother you, you can either W her or just start your dance and dodge her CC. Although now you dance deals much more damage to a single target (about 2000 or so), it’s also much harder to hit than before. Do not forget it’s a single target skill shot (although you will finish the whole 475 dash), so it’s your job to land all your 5 attacks on their ADC not support or tank or just blank spaces, and that requires tons of skills. When you finished the deal with this champ, use your E to deal with other enemies. With the CDR from your E to your Q, you can quickly get on to the next enemy. A good fiora player can "duel" out the whole enemy team. The idea is QAEAAAAAAQAAA an enemy has been slain. Reset E EAAQAAAAAA double kill, EAAQAAW f**k your CC AAA triple kill EAAQAAAAA quadra kill, and oh no now i'm low in health but wait I have damage reduction and EAAQAAAAA PENTA KILL. ACED.
