@Riot Rework Team: Is Fiora's Ult after rework still Hitting people randomly?

I personally think that one of Fiora's biggest problem is that Blade Waltz hits everywhere in team fight, leave the person I want to kill only hit 1 once or 2 twice. Especially after nerf her ult is really useless in team fights. I really looks into Fiora's rework and I hope it's going to be done very soon (I even had dream about it, which was quite funny because there was this Rioter told me that her ult now hits one thousand times instead of 5). I'm really concerned that after rework she will still hits random people in Blade Waltz if it still exist. So, will Blade Waltz still hit randomly after her rework?

PS: BTW I bought Fiora because her Ult looks like Omnislash in FFVII, it would so cool if Riot can keep her that way
