[Champion Suggestion/Concept] Ghassen, the Frozen Tyrant
Lore:
Ghassen, the frozen colossus that was once born in the Ice Deserts of Valoran by a mysterious mage. He started of a small ball of snow. On the next day of his birth, a seraph came and blessed him to grow. "Grow as a mushroom in the winterlands of Valoran" - she said.
On the next day, Ghassen saw a mirror image of himself. "Who was the impostor", he thought...
He suddenly woke up and realized that was just a nightmare.

PASSIVE: Frost Ghassen stacks Frost 6 times on enemy champion. At 6 stacks the champion is slowed by 85% for 2 seconds and is dealt 2/3.5/5% of Ghassen's health as magic damage, for the duration of the slow. Stacks fall after 4 seconds. 10/8.5/6 seconds cooldown per champion (1/6/11 levels)

Q: Ice Splitter Ghassen throws his hammer in a straight line as it damages all enemies struck by 50/65/80/95/110 (+3% max health) (+0.2 AP) as magic damage. Champions do not take the damage but are given 1/2/3/4/5 stacks of frost immediately. When the hammer comes back it will also deal damage to champions, but only if they have been stroke at the first phase of the throw. The second damage is equal to 30/40/50/60/70 (+4% bonus health) physical damage.
Cost: 75/70/65/60/55 energy Cooldown: 15/13.25/10.5/7.75/5 seconds after the hammer goes back to Ghassen
- W: Destructive Ice Block Ghassen throws an Ice Block at an enemy, dealing them 30/60/90/120/150 (+7% of his missing health) (+0.3 AP) + 5% of their missing health magic damage, over 3 seconds. At the end of the duration heals Ghassen for 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% of the damage dealt.

- E: Fury Ghassen jumps in a random place in 300 units of cast point, giving him the ability to cast Immortality. Immortality gives him bonus 30 armor and magic resistance for 5/6/7/8/9 seconds. After that he has bonus damage on his next attack between 20-50/30-60/40-70/50-80/60-90 (+1% of his max health) physical damage for the next 2/3/4/5/6 seconds, depending on how high if his enemy health. If their health is full will deal max damage, bellow 40% deals minimal damage.

- R: Unity Ghassen channels over an area width 1000/1500/2000 units around him for 3/2.75/2.5 seconds. All allies are gained 10/15/20% lifesteal and spellvamp for the next 5/6.5/8 seconds. Enemies are stolen 10/20/30% of their attack damage and ability power, which are given all to Ghassen. At the end of the channel, all enemies are pulled to the center and are gained 6 stacks of Frost. Any crowd control will interrupt the channel. Debuffs can be cleaned with Cleanse or Quicksilver Sash/Mercurial Scimitar. However Ghassen will still keep the bonuses.
Cost: 15/10/5% of Ghassen's Current Health Cooldown: 200/175/150 seconds (120/105/90 seconds after 40% CDR) Cooldown if canceled: 50/35/20 seconds
