She's probably been the most influential, but she already has a large amount of skins. If they base it purely off of influence, you're right, but I don't know if they will.

Jinx has had an amazing showing in soloq through the first half of the season, Varus and Urgot have had respectable showing mid lane, and Caitlyn has just started to show up more constantly. Also worth not counting out Vayne, since the champion will always be played.
