Maybe a good Zilean buff idea

Zilean gets a gangplank-ult itemization type thing for his Q. These items change his bomb's effects. He can only have one item. There are three items: Hextech Scatterbomb (+50 AP): If Zilean successfully lands a bomb on an enemy and they die while the bomb is still attached to them or if the bomb kills them, more bombs scatter in a random direction from a short distance where the target died. The amount of bombs that come off of the target depends on your level. (Level 1-9: 1 bomb, Level 10-14: 2 bombs, Level 15-18: 3 bombs) Imagine the wicked chain reactions in a teamfight.

Time-Warped Fuse(+35 AP, +15% CDR): Successfully landed bombs now last significantly longer, and can be exploded early/on command by pressing Q again. This nullifies the ability to stun people, however, instead applying a heavy slow for .5 seconds to any target who is damaged by a bomb.

Speed Beacon (+300 Mana, +30 Movement Speed): Whenever Zilean lands a bomb on an enemy champion, all allied units gain a directional movement speed boost the closer they get to the champion with the bomb on it. If Zilean lands a stun on an enemy champion, he gains a massive directional speed boost.

Zilean can buy items with the amount of XP he has given to allied champions. He can switch from one bomb upgrade to another for half of the original XP price. All item prices are the same.
