bloodmoon skins?

dont get me wrong I'm glad thresh kalista and elise get new skins but why bloodmoon? it doesn't fit Elise that well (kalista…errrr sort of) and zed has no skins other than a championship skin and a skin that they get when released. can zed and all the other champions that have been waiting get a skin? (jinx, zac,ect) preferably one that actually goes with their theme?
