Disclaimer: this is just for fun. I am not aiming to get riot to make this. I just want to practice. As such, feedback is appreciated.

Lore: She is the female captain of "Nightrose Pirates", of the great pirate band "Granblue". She stuck to the name that is written as "Roses of Night" and read as "Nightrose". A fresh captain who had just been permitted to establish her own pirate band, she works hard with her subordinates, numbering less than 20, to commit crimes every day. Despite being inexperienced as a captain, she is a high-ranked vampire, as well as a superb swordsman who is recognized by the legendary "Nightstorm", the best master swordsman of the "Lord of the Seven Seas Pirates". By the way, since high-ranked female vampires are rare, she is respectfully called "Vampire Princess", from the term "vampire" ---usually shortened as "Princess" by many of her crew, but she states "I don't like it because it sounds like you're looking down on me". She speaks a lot about her hate towards the nickname, resulting in her common phrase "Call me captain!", but it doesn't seem to work.

Due to a mishap in her "Stride" powers (Stride: the ability to call beings through time to achieve new power), Nightrose wound up on the planet "Runeterra." Here, she has begun working with the pirate known as Gangplank, working to find a way back to her homeworld of Cray.

Abilities: I'm the Captain!

Whenever Nightrose kills an enemy unit, she gains a stack of "I'm the Captain," lasting for 5 seconds. Each enemy unit kill adds another stack and resets the timer. Each stack increases her AD by 5%. Enemy champions, buff monsters, and epic monsters each apply 2 stacks instead. This passive stacks up to 5/6/7 times.

Q: Pirate Loyalty (10/9/8 second cooldown)

Nightrose, on her next basic attack, deals an increased 10/20/30 flat damage, and if she kills the target, she summons a zombie pirate that lasts for 5/7/9 seconds. It deals damage on autoattacks equal to 20/30/40% of Nightrose's AD.

W: Captain's orders (15/14/13/13/11 second cooldown)

Nightrose fires a skillshot that deals 30/45/60 Flat damage with additional damage based off her current AD. Upon hitting a target, it also heals Nightrose for 5/10/15% of her max health. The nearest zombie pirate to the struck enemy will move toward them with 20% increased move speed.

E: Enshrouding mist (18/17/16/15/14 second cooldown)

Nightrose lays down an area of mist, in which she gains 20/22/24/26/28% increased movespeed, and lowers the cooldown of Pirate Loyalty by half. This area lasts for 4/5/6 seconds.

R: Mighty Band of pirates (100/95/90 second cooldown)

Passive: Nightrose's allies gain 5% increased armor for each zombie pirate nearby. Nightrose summons 4 Zombie pirates around her, while dealing 100/150/200 flat damage in a circle around her.

Friends: Granblue units (zombie pirates,basically)

Allies: Nightstorm, Harri, gangplank, Miss Fortune

Rivals: Miss Fortune

Enemies: Aqua force units (aqua force is a mega-navy)

Quotes:

Harri: It's been a long time, Harri. Show no mercy in battle.

Thavas: Navy dog! Don't stand in my way!

Maelstrom: Your "new age" is nothing but an era of tyranny!

Gangplank: I don't get why you like those oranges so much. / So I just get you back in charge and I get to go home? I don't see any reason not to trust you on this!

Miss Fortune: I'd complain about what you're wearing but... I'm not much different. / Wow, you're good. You should join my crew!

Illaoi: Y'know, you're using some pretty funky moves there. You should show me how you do it!

Yorick: I'd discuss zombies with you but... what's to discuss about your crude creatures?

Strange that Maut got some feedback, but your vanguard exercises don't. Might need to change that.

Btw I don't focus much on exact numbers and more on intent (high damage tool etc.)

Lore: I think you already heard that, but replace the Vanguard references with LoL content or neutral information. Since she is a young, ambitous, vampiric (shadow isles /cursed treasure) captain she might have taken Gangplanks "death" as a chance to empower her pirate band and wreak havoc, for example.

Passive: It seems a bit counterproductive: early game in the laning phase you will have an easier time to keep your stacks going, but lategame when the percentage bonus would be at it's strongest you won't be able to keep them as easily when sieging or fighting around objectives, leaving you to splitpushing. Adding a flat value would help a lot early and midgame and would make it less snowballing, since then even when behind a max stacked passive would help a lot.

Q: Very similiar to Yorick in terms of purpose and effect, but she has less synergy with her zombies and the reliance on E makes the Q seem weaker.

W: Seems boring, but practical. The MS boost seems too weak only affecting one of your zombies and nothing else.

E: Does it apply nearsight or stealth? Kinda a missed opportunity with a mist area. Currently the only purpose this ability has is to quickly assemble more zombies, since chasing with the MS would work against the passive.

R: More of a personal opinion, but I really dislike Auras, because they lack visual impact (people appreciate a shield more than a % aura even if they would have the same value as they see it easier) and don't have any gameplay involved. The ultimate should be the most iconic part of her kit, but because a good EQ combo can summon more zombies and the AOE doesn't connect to the rest of her kit that much (more of a splitpusher than a teamfighter), it feels lacking.

Misc: Flat numbers too low and in need of scaling damage. Layout would make it easier to read (textboxes, lines etc.) Why is MF both Ally and Rival?

Overall: I don't know how she plays in Vanguard, but I think it's weird that the Vampire Pirate Princess exclusively summons zombies, instead of sucking blood or using pirate tricks of some sort. Her kit only summoning zombies, but having no real ways to interact with them seems like untapped potential.

Why do all of her abilities have 3 ranks, and why are you so obesessed with making every ability deal a piss-poor amount of damage

Her passive is pretty busted. Kill 5 minions level 1 and then tag the enemy for 125% AD, continuously.

Honestly you need to stop churning out these half-assed kits and put some more thought and effort into them. This is just a really bland and uninspired minionmancer with no depth or thematic identity.
