Dealing with toxic players in-game.
Why not add a voting system people can access where if the majority of the team votes for it said toxic person cannot type for the rest of the game and has a lower amount of pings he can use at one given time?

Nah, this would be abusable by 3 and 4 man premades. Do this or we'll mute you.
I realize that you can already mute players, however, them knowing they're being punished by their team could influence them to have better behavior in the next game.
Or just mute and ping mute them
