Range - 175 (Xin/Naut range) Resource - Mana Role - Fighter Passive - Life Span - Every time Cryo uses an ability his next auto attack against a target will slow based on how much Missing HP the target has.

Q - Sickle Strike - Swings the scythe in a cone dealing damage. If the target is below 20% Hp this skill will deal bonus magic damage.

W - Death's Grasp - Each time Cryo auto attacks an enemy champion he gains 25 increased range, Stacking up to 4 times. When at four stacks cryo can activate the ability consuming the stacks and making his next auto attack will pull the target towards him. (Increased range affects his Ult)

E - Frozen Shot - Cryo sends out a bolt of ice that strikes and marks all targets hit. The next auto attack/sickle strike that cryo lands will snare the targets for 1 second.

R - Blizzard of Ash - Cryo causes a large area around him to become a powerful blizzard. Dealing slight magic damage over time while slowing enemy champions by 15%. While inside this blizzard Cryo gains massively increased movespeed and a more powerful but smaller version of the blizzard around him. (Smaller blizzard matches his attack range at the time, slows by 25%)

So probably his best stat would be attack speed, right? So he can stack W more quickly, and also rapidly snare every target hit by E.

Quick recommendation for W: make it so you can't pull the same target more than once every X seconds. 6 to 8 seconds, maybe? That way they get a bit of breathing room, but he can still pull other champions during that time. Also, the stacks should probably fall off after being out of combat for a certain amount of time. Not sure how long.

Small thing for R: make the inner blizzard range just a tiny bit larger than his attack range. Otherwise it looks quite good.

Based on the kit as it is now, I would probably build something like this:

I like the passive. It's a neat passive that isn't completely broken, unlike Riot's latest champions.... Im also curious how the W increasing AA animation would look, its a hard mechanic to "get right"

Otherwise, like the champion. You mentioned that his Q and R deal magic damage, but his AA mechanics are also obviously important. Is he hybrid, or do you plan on making him deal one or the other. Rageblade/Gunblade would be important on him, no matter what the case....

I like the concept, but there is no lore, artwork, some starting stats, and where the champion is usually played (this isn't a very big deal, but just saying. Teemo is classified as a marksman but is he ONLY played adc?) not to mention no ability stats based on levels, but I assume you were to leave that up to Riot, although it would personally give me a better understanding of what this character does. The abilities seam very balanced though, but I don't know how well he would fit into the meta with all the op champions. Very well done though, could be better. I'll upvote, maybe Riot will have a look at it. I think it would be a nice champion to have
