The up to date damage rates are nice but, If you really want to improve the quality of life of the champion tremendously you should allow him to ignore unit collision. I would also recommend giving him a passive that is actually used (He doesn't really build mana anymore due to item restraints and what he wants /needs to build) But the Unit Collision alone would be enough to satisfy me.
