Yuumi Changes/Rework to help with frustrating gameplay.

The idea here is to make it easier for regular/lower elo players to play Yuumi, while making it less frustrating to play against. I love playing Yuumi, so these changes are not an attempt to kill her, but to stabilize her in the meta.

Note: -Maybe not all the changes would be good to take through. -Most of the numbers proposed should most likely be discussed. -Some of the changes might need to be paired with value changes to ratios. -There might seem to be more nerfs than buffs, so these obviously have to be played out and then probably buffed.


Stats Health Regen: 7-16.4 >> 5-12 For having an ability that makes her completely invulnerable, she has a good amount of health regen. Pair this change up with a couple of range edits, base stat changes and E heal changes and it 'might' work out. Movespeed: 330 >> 325 Health: 480-1670 >> 500-1700 Mana Regen: 10-16.8 >> 12-17

Passive: Bop 'n' Block [New] Gain +25(+50 range at level 9) range for the shield auto, this auto cannot be canceled. Frustrating shield cancels for newer players when barley trying to cancel it. Shield Value: +30% AP >> +45% AP

**Q: ** Prowling Projectile Target Range: 1150 >> 1000 For a catch out/poke spell, the range is frustratingly long. Cost: 75/80/85/90/95/100 >> 100/95/90/85/80/75 Plan is to make it harder to use early in lane. Slow: 20/32/44/56/68/80 >> 30/35/40/45/50/55 Read target range. [New] Yuumi's Q will slow for 15/17.5/20/22.5/25/27.5 decaying over 1 second if hit before 1 second. Add a low experience mechanic.

W: You and Me! Cooldown: Static 10/5/0 at 1/6/11 >> 6/5/4/3/2 Dash speed: Slower [New] If attached target dies, goes on a 2 second cooldown. (This is if the cooldown was not already below 2 seconds) Need some breathing room when killing attachee.

E: Zoomies [New] When Yuumi heals an ally target, they get a 2 second personal cooldown, in which you cant heal them again. (This does not apply to yourself.) Point of this is to leave the enemy some breathing room between heals. [New] When not attached, Yuumi heals an extra 10%. [New] When attached, Yuumi heals herself an extra 5%. In conjunction with health regen nerfs, but could be scrapped. Cast Time: None >> 0.5 seconds This was to add some reactive mechanic to the ability, but might be better off scrapped.


Runes It may as well be mentioned here but a huge part of what is making Yuumi so powerful is her ult cooldown, more specifically a special Rune making the cooldown even lower.

Ultimate Hunter: Cdr on Ultimate 25% >> 20% This rune is way too powerful, not just on Yuumi, it needs some attention.
