[Hero Concept] Syber - the Tomorrow's Technology

I made a hero concept with also a new fraction. Hope you like ;
So let's begin ; Syber is a futuristic cyborg girl from a world named 6th Dimension which is the Sixth-Age of Runeterra , the technology has became strong and all evil and villain fractions are ruling to the Valoran. Demacia has been fallen , Piltover has been invaded by Zaun , and Shadow Isles destroyed Ionia and Bligewater. And all of the Void creatures has been completed their transfer. Remaining heroes has been created The Revolt organisation with leadership of Garen to fight against evil. But , Noxus has been created special ops cyber soldiers with Zaun to search and destroy remaining resistance.
Syber was one of them , but she has been not created from zero ,she has been created from a dead women died yesterday the bombardments of Noxus. When they re-create her , Syber has been woke up and got frenzy. And she escape from the lab and she gone to the old age of Runeterra , to find her memories and bring peace back to the future of Runeterra.

I don't remember I came here ... But I remember something ... Bombs ... has been raining on our city... And rubbles everywhere , I've been underneath one of them ... Those memories ... I remember every second of them. But I don't know my name , I forgot everything about me. But I remember that goddamn Noxians and Zaunians tortures to us.
I must resist ... I must escape to the old times ! I must re-build the future and bring peace back to this time.
But first , I must escape from this lab ... I ... MUST FIND my idenifition ... what is my name ... who am I ... and WHO done this to me !
I just ... want a brillant tomorrow !

ABILITIES :
Passive : Cybernetic Battery
Syber uses her ''Cybernetic Battery Generator XN-07'' to perform her basic attacks and abilities.

Each basic attacks spends 2 batteries.

Each ability spends 20 batteries.

Each minion kill regens 5 batteries.

Each champion kill or assist regens 50 batteries.

Syber has 200 battery capacity.
Q : Power-Up! ---- 12.5 seconds cooldown (ACTIVE)
PASSIVE : Syber copies the weapon of recently killed champion with Virtual Sizer Gauntlet ZO-12. And she can use any ability of the recently killed champion (NOT ULT). Copy ability doesn't spends battery , but Syber can't use her own ability. (She can use enemy killed champions Passive - Q - W - E with next ability use but she can't use her ability)
ACTIVE : Syber increases her cyber-swords capacity for 20 seconds. Grants %10 AD bonus and %20 weapon size bonus.
W : Pixel Diffusion --- 13.0 seconds cooldown.
Syber overcharges her battery and explodes beyond 700 range. Any ally or enemy gets stunned by this explosion. But this explosion heals 100 HP (Each %2 of AP means per 1 health bonus) to allies , gives 100 AP (Each %2 of HP means 1 AP bonus) damage to enemies. But her battery shuts down and Syber can't perform her basic attacks and abilities for 3.6 seconds.
E : Cyber Blink --- 10.3 seconds cooldown
Syber flashes to target location depends on where is cursor in a straight range. If any champion belongs in Cyber Blink range , Syber marks him as Blinked and deals 75 (%60 of your AP) Magic Damage.
When Syber marks anyone as Blinked , she can perform Cyber Blink one more time without cooldown. Also if she Cyber Blinks again to a Blinked champion , she doubles the ability damage with each Cyber Blink performed on a Blinked champion.
R : Ghost Hacking* ---- 130 seconds cooldown
Syber focuses a target champion in 2000 range for 10 seconds. (Target is ally or enemy , it doesn't matter.) Target can see Syber is trying to infiltrate her brain. If target gets out of range , Syber stops focusing and backs to fight. But if target can't escape from range , Syber infiltrates to target's brain and body and starts to control him. She can use every ability of him , can control it to any direction , with other word ; Syber controls the champion.
Syber has 2:00 minutes to stay in a brain. She can return to her body anytime she wants in 2:00 minute. But if she stays too much (more than 2:00), Syber's personality will be deleted in target's body.
Also Syber's body becames vulnerable to attacks. If Syber's body slain while ult is still processing , both Syber and target dies. But if only target is killed , Syber can return to her body.
If Syber successfully hacks a enemy brain , she will NOT be able to controlled. The player will play the hacked champion.
